Small cap investor relations is always a joke, wonder why they bother with them half the time they can't/won't tell you anything useful it has to be RNSed, money for old rope.

yep, p@iss take, from hoping to get the accounts out on time a week prior, to 4 months and counting, ridiculous at this stage ..

of course these things never work out how you expect but its just the potential if everything went swimmingly. (maybe a lot lot less with various other complications involved). I do, however, doubt the founders are going to vote though any sort of sale that gives them only 20% (currently) of the value they held in April. Reality is we are lucky they are still major holders in the same boat as us as it provides that voting safety net, even if this mess their fault in the first place, but we are where we are.

*** packet Antlev at this stage but e.g. - firstly it was over a £1 only 8 months ago before the artificial drop via Jupiter selling indiscriminately and for their own reasons as we know. Assume 20m ebit next year on a modest 10x PE thats 200m mc. currently 50m mc at 19p so that would give 80p. throw in the 'potential' they are buying for a relatively young growth company and you're way above a quid. With the caveat of course what happens with the investigation and if any recapitalising is required.. SL

happy for that to happen, but they would need to put an offer of way north of £1-£1.20 to get any sort of nod from the major share holders (including founders) I feel. This has been smashed down from x3 by Jupiter in the short term and even then it was cheap based on potential. Despite the recent accounting issues the business is thriving, worldwide is 1000s of stores with great products. Be surprised if we are not back trading or taken out, one or the other, in the next couple of weeks, this is getting really silly now in terms of time line and holding shareholders money hostage.

Yep better just going with one of the big 4 for a decent sized business.

Remember also founders still large % shareholder, so aligned to PIs. (Even though they may have caused all this!!) Pretty sure they want maximum value if any sale happens or they wouldn’t vote it through. Be surprised if anything under 80-£1 accepted. (It was higher than that a few months back before Jupiter dumped)

Whatever the issues highlighted I hope they project the news with all the positives to so that we start trading again on a positive note. Let's get a note out on progress at least before Christmas, holding peoples fund hostage now for far too long!

yes bobby, and if the 20m+ ebit is reforecasted, even for 23/24 that puts us at a x3 currently where a growing/innovative company should be at least x15. When this gets sorted and this starts to be highlighted we are many times undervalued, Im sure also the ambition is to also multiply that ebit figure considerably in the medium term (sale or no sale). 'most investors are expecting a drop' - not sure that true, its already dropped 75% in a few months and that was artificial with Jupiter pulling it down, how much more value do you think there is to lose at 50m mc, its already prices at a paltry x2.5 PE, and probably less now with sales flying, im expecting a big gap up.

for lths and those who took the 'risk' and held into suspension they deserve to see this gap up on open, don't want vultures being able to buy lower who have taken zero risk in holding these last few months!
