Despite the specifics of the investigation the business itself is in good shape, with 15k sales outlets and their own production facilities you wouldn't get this on the cheap, any buyers would likely have to be nearer year highs - its not a fire sale, there is no desperation to find a buyer (it might not even be for sale, unless its a technical offer due to the equivalent shares, making an offer statutory) its a growing and innovative company worth a pretty penny to someone 75p-£1 at least. The current price ie the close price prior to suspension is not a benchmark so ignore it as a barometer for value, it was dragged down there with Jupiter very quickly from the 70p range. Retail shares have also jumped up since. SL
