Would have thought days after the last announcement. Not sure why there should be any hold up now, it’s not difficult, the accounts should have been done along side this for the last few weeks. Expected trading this week personally.

I would have thought they have enough issues to sort out rather than buying further bolt ons, growing to quickly via acquisition got them into the mess they are in and resulted in a 90% drop in their SP.

600k likely, story - he has zero knowledge of what's going on in the markets and just keeps repeating the same weird waffle of zero relevance. be surprises if he's ever put more that 20 quid into any stock, probably via a free trade app on dole day.

If its liquid which it appears to be it is it will be signed off id imagine, anyway lets see. id be ok with a small raise but not at a lower SP that the pathetic price we are at now, the job of bod is to operate in the interest of shareholders

It wouldn't be down to Holt as to whether the Boo or AN Other mount a bid and therefore pay a premium to take current holders out.

we still have headroom within our banking facility so not sure why a fund raise has to happen Oke? Maybe it will but we should have great free cash flow over the festive period.

Middleeast, likely but it will have to be at the right price. they won't take the current downtrodden SP thats for sure, would cost them millions on paper based on stock value of the summer and they are not forced to sell their stock, despite their underhand behaviour.

Also if boo took many more they would have no choice but to make an offer as there % would trigger a mandatory takeover offer. So it all depends if that’s their strategy or not .. maybe they are happy to let the business run itself and remain a large shareholder, they have enough issues of their own.

Good post Middle East, in terms of founders shares - the speed at which they might want to release their stock will depend on the price. They certainly won’t be selling at this lowly SP and they have zero legal commitment to have to do so - but at decent offer from boo or our other ii and I’m sure they will be happy to go. Can’t see them willing to take less than the SP of the summer though, so north of 80p. SL

yep Erebus, pretty amazing its taken so long for such relatively small issues. ridiculous. Accounts asap and then trading, would imagine all within the next 1-2 weeks.

Yep he’s trying it on already, I see him him at it on multiple boards. it’s a relatively mild set of issues, most of which will go on at many companies, off book loans etc seen it all before .. it just so happens they have been highlighted here. There is nothing that is going to hider this trading much higher going forward and I expect a big rise on re submission.

No wonder BOO buying during suspension!! they must have been given the nod all blown out of proportion.
