With the latest tr1 and hopefully this week seeing who has taken the stock, (it has to have gone somewhere so whoever has bought it will be in the know) I think we should be close enough to some explanations and resubmission of trading.

My feeling is the historic issues won’t be as bad as some think (and remember they are historic and related to last years accounts) and it will blow over and reach new SP highs into the new year.

Neil just sure why you’re trying to deramp a stock in suspension daily. You obviously haven’t done any research regarding Jupiter and the reason they are selling down most stocks. You look a tad silly .

That’s very late reporting from Jupiter unless they offloaded privately. (That would be great). Good news they are finally fully out anyway.

it suspended at 19p and yes it was much lower ... it was also much higher than £1 in May this year, and if the only reason it dropped gets resolved it it will be back up there (especially if its noted sales are though the roof) .. basically no ones knows and no one can affect the SP in suspension so you are wasting your breath.

agree a takeover might be likely. Not sure you would get many takers at 50p though (other than recent buyers). many will be in way over £1. Although that would matter if the big holders vote it through. The brand is strong and sales are strong, 50p would be steal for someone for future growth.

not sure how you can come up with a 70% drop? based on what? could just as easily rise as it's so far down form the highs. IIs buying prior to suspension, they will know what's going on. Basically we have no idea, so zero point predicting open price until there is more information.

just depends what he does with his shares, id love to see an off book buy of them by one of the new IIs. Although if all is good going forward he may want to keep hold of them. lets see what happens ..

don't think it affects outcome, he's obviously just not been playing by the rules and fresh blood required. He still has his stock. (unless he's sold it privately which would be a good thing as someone in the know would have to buy it) would need a tr1.

not sure about that tbh, we would have likely risen on a short few week suspension from these silly lows and we would able to make our own decisions without our money held hostage. Plus might well come back a lot lower anyway as we are in an 'unknown' period as it stands. Great if it comes back double bagging but what are the chances of that ..

net debt is very low compared to other growing business to be honest, compared to revenue.

most of that still remains, especially on the products side. Let's hope the first bit about navigating though this still stands too, albeit with a business thats needs some reimagination in terms of management, process and governance. Either way its going to be Christmas at the earliest by the sounds of it with the 'several months' statement from 'a few weeks'.
