RE: "You don't buy 26% just for fun"29 Nov 2022 09:45
I think that there is a lot of focus on the closing SP prior to suspension. But in affect that is not real and reflects circumstances at the time, plus Jupiter dragging the SP down by dumping, so should be taken with a pitch of salt - also remembering how quickly it had just dropped form the 80s, a matter of a couple of months. Any sale value, if it happens, won't be relative to either price, it will be based on ebit and potential. if the business is producing 15-20m ebit then a price will start to be formulated at this start point plus future potential for growth, plus assets, minus debt etc the usual way these things are done. There is a lot of value to be had here for a buyer, its not easy to get such large contracts with global distributors and retails, that all needs pricing in too.
