So no HH, they are holding steady.

I thought it was very pertinent to the fact that they mentioned in the RNS yesterday that money could be coming from leasehold improvements. As far as I recall it was the Belfast Habour Authority that owed the lease.
Not important now but I thought I read earlier that Olsen went bust.

So all along JW was just a "brand stripper" with an evil plan to use its "iconic" history as a "marketing device".

Indeed, but not sure about the paid bit jono. ;)

Whilst that may be correct HarChris, as regards his requirements to disclose, he has in the past released a TR-1 at all stages of his holdings. From his first on 09/03/22 --- 2.9% to 3.3%. Then to 4.10%, then 5% and finally 6.10% in June.
Not heard any theories or whether he still needs to carry on down any further than his current 4.2%.
Guess that would be just as much an assumption as Killik reducing further. I was more expecting Killik to start adding again. It's what they have done in the past. We shall see. :)

It's taken them two months to update the page to this new point, so any new changes to the page may have to wait a while to include any new TR-1 any new changes that might be RNS'ed.

For a small fee I could keep it updated for them, if they want. ;)

Don't think the discrepancy in the total share issue should be that much of an issue as regards their holdings.
Maybe a few 100's of a percent. Not sure how the total percent can change but the shares not in public hands does not.

Straight away I can see that they have the total wrong.imo
172,170,018 was the total issue from before the 29th of November RNS regarding an issue of equity.
"Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 173,047,211"

Jeeze, it's not difficult. It's just basic maths.

Had to check and you are right, 1.5p from this day last year. But with how much in contrats over that period?
I think we just need to see just how much of this ever increasing revenue can be turned into profit.

Every time they got a new contract last year, the SP went down even further.
It made no sense.

Killiks last four have been around this time of day.

Having had a quick look I'm guessing it has to do with improvments to the Belfast yard as they do not own it outright.
Unlike Appledore where they own the freehold.

Improvements are "amortised, not depreciated" so I'm guessing tax relief on capex for site improvements.
Not my area of expertise, tbh. :)

Hi Mary, didn't think many used this board so was just going to use it to put some easy to find reference pages on various topics. The main board churns through stuff very quickly so things are lost or become repetitive.
I didn't really intend to use it as a supplementary board to the main one, but more of a FAQ.

But as you are here... Not sure what to make of their recent activity, tbh. Been some awful timings as to when they reduced.
Tax reasons are as good a reason as I can think of. Bearing in mind that these could be multiple clients desicions we are seeing amalgumated into one RNS.
Over the past few years they have been pretty good at maintaining their overall percentages when there have been major increases in the total share issue. Can understand maybe some getting a bit disillusioned as it tracked down to the 5p area. Just seems a bit odd to be offloading now. Sell on news? lol Will they start increasing again?
Have to wait and see. :)
