Okay, FWIW, I've had a look at Killiks Holdings to get a better idea of when their percentages changed. I've included any major share increases along the way as otherwise it would not show a true picture. It seems that for the most part, so as to reduce any dilution, they have stayed pretty much consistent by increasing their holdings to match any increase in total share issue. Much as most LTH's have had to do, tbh. :)
As far as I can see, there doesn't seem to be any correlation between them reducing and any impending placing. This would suggest that their clients don't get any advanced warning, that some have suggested in the past.

Anyhoo, I thought it was interesting, so i'm posting it on here just as an FYI. Make your own interpretations.

Fwiw and IMO, BP has no interest in buying any more at any level. And he's been here long enough to have taken advantage of buying more at all the various "all time low's" over the years. And why does this "entity" not have to disclose their holdings like every other significant holder. I'm guessing you have a reallly good reason why they are exempt.

Pretty certain that if you scrutinised every broker, that acted as a nominee account holder for multiple clients, you could say the same. Killik have bought and sold since the day they turned up here. They just happen to RNS their changes more offten than most. On some occasions they have transfered them directly to/from other clients. Check the RNS's
So what if they sold the rest of their 13,734,604. They would pretty soon all get saoked up.
For every seller there has to be a buyer.
Shares, like enegry, are not just cancled out. They just change state, or in this case, change ownership.
