yes it is mostly LTD but if something happens to Amigo it accelerates and belongs to debt holders so you should care about it. While Amigo owes more than whatever cash they hold, equity will never see that cash. To not care makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

why do lots forget about the £500M debt so it still has a net debt position so it is ridiculous to compare cash to market cap. That cash belongs to the debt holders for now!

Last time we had this spike in volume was the 3rd and 6th just before and on the JB stake falling below 50%, today as he goes below 40% big spike. Tells you market wants him gone. Bulls in control in volume, that speaks very loudly and fact it has now put in a higher low. Not sure it will want to pay him lots for his remaining stake or at least until he is down to single digits but is is firmly celebrating as he goes below big figures not that i think he cares

your frustration is misplaced. At end of day you decided to go long and you alone, you need to own it. JB takes some of the blame of course as he has shown a total disregard for all other shareholders and he can afford to hold up his middle finger but i hold no responsibility.

nothing much, 199K at 7.50, £15K. 571k shares crossed in auction to establish 7.50 but only 199k traded. I hate to say it but that is not the volume jump this needs to change momentum in my opinion. My guess more of the same tomo, with 198M shares to go is that a surprise to anyone. He has done a third, two thirds to go. If anyone is angry or frustrated by this sp the person to blame is obvious. I actually have no idea (and nobody does) but this share is trading in a very technical way and so if you don't have a good feel for how the sales are being done I'm amazed by 26M of share volume which i think is probably 5m shares passed around 5 times. 5m shares is less than £500K so it indicates nada. Put that in the context of 198M shares to go!

Hargreaves +1.5M and halifax share dealing +0.7M shares. That's all you retail. You might get this bounce but you are punting, not trading and definitely not investing.

No you cant, av volume of last 5 days is 23M shares at 9p that's retail money, not institutional. The MMs sell short to ever hopeful retail and they cover short from JB. Easy money for MMs. No institutional investor will put real money in when there is an irrevocable sell hitting market every day. If you look at share register institutional selling way outstripping the buys. Only material buyers are MIC and Miton, rest all selling

In fact they could bid any number and would then be axed to have this very close to zero to protect their risk. This isnt saying it is worth 1p, 5p, 20p, whatever its just a function of fact if they cant be short they are not axed to bid at reasonable levels. They dont want to go straight to zero because they dont want to frighten retail from playing along and then they make nothing but have to go long risk. By buying this is the game you are playing in, there is only one smart player

If retail didn't buy during the day allowing the MMs to be short I would love to see their long bid, it would not be 7.50!

I think what is going on is the MMs sell stocks to retail during the day at higher prices by being short and then they cover their short position with B by buying his stock at the close. Its beautiful for the MMs who are short as they know where to get stock. Only works because retail thinks its cheap and buys during the day. Easy money for the MMs as they take little risk, sell high, buy low. That's why we haven't seen TR1s, as usual retail being stuffed with JB of course. This will continue until results as MMs are axed to keep the gravy train running. They will get nervous before results and might advise JB to change execution but right now they are doing very nicely, thank you

He sold his 4.75M today @7.529 @16:35:14 and then it closed in auction 8 secs later @ 7.70. On his execution methodology he is getting stuffed every day. Dont understand why he doesn't do a percentage of the market throughout the day. Its now predictable so nobody should be buying in the morning

That's only one of his trades but net he was down number I gave as in Jan he reduced his take from 6.2% to 3.96% so his net Q1 position was down to 18.8M shares.

He has 22M shares so not surprising he returned. His last 2 trades, in April bought 3.2M shares at around 0.18 I think and in Q1 sold 7.5M at c. 0.44. He will need to average down so he is the man to watch when results are out

there isnt a hope in hell the FCA would allow a buyback as you describe

no way share buy back would be allowed by their regulator given the claims situation. buying the debt different as this adds to capital base.

they havent purchased any bonds since last year and it wasnt at 50% of par last year. If they are collecting £20M a month why not?

the price is the clue to when he executed. Absolutely no way, that is totally illegal for him, he is 100% not doing that
