From what I remember there was a commitment to a quarterly project update at the general meeting, so we may get some clarification in the coming weeks as to what the plans are and how, if at all, they have been affected by the fall in metal prices.

The airborne survey has already been completed and interpreted if that’s what you are asking. It was announced in the RNS on 29th April. I did contact Nick to see if they would release the new map but didn’t get any response.

To be accurate it’s not 90 days due diligence, it’s an exclusivity period of UP TO 90 days in which to do the DD. It could and most likely will happen much quicker than that.

If all the 3p warrants were exercised that would add about US$2.4m
From the Casa deal we should US$1.5m in cash plus shares in the Canadian listed company.
The 3,000,000 shares in Tingo Inc. have dropped considerably in value since the RNS but would currently add US$1.8m (seems to be a pretty solid company though with good long term prospects).
On signing the Anglo JV we get US$3.5m

So that adds up to US$9.2m assuming all warrants were exercised. That would put the balance at north of US$10m before any spending in Botswana and possible acquisition in Zambia.

Lawyers are renowned for taking their own sweet time to get things done, especially when they are on a day rate! In this case though, with both parties keen to progress things as quickly as possible, I think that pressure will be put on the lawyers to get things wrapped up.

Until the JV is finalised there’s nothing stopping us from starting drilling on our own when ground conditions allow, although I think they would be loathe to do that unless things were going to drag on.

Fintech is short for Financial Technology and encompasses a pretty broad range of businesses. Tingo is described as ‘Agri-Fintech’. It uses a mobile platform to connect farmers with buyers (amongst other things) and is proving to be incredibly popular across Africa. The merger with MICT will allow them to target the Chinese market too which will be absolutely massive. Similar technology to those other businesses mentioned in the article but a different (and successful from what I’ve read) business model.

What makes you so sure we will be hovering at this price for the next 2 months? What if Anglo announce the deal has been finalised next week and are very bullish on the licenses? I don’t think it will take very much for the price to start moving North again.
