Hi moo. I don’t think you do understand. I trade when it seems sensible and swap cash around as I don’t have a lot of new cash to invest. So as far as Omi is concerned I sold up and am now gradually buying back over a long period so disagree that the next raise doesn’t affect. Holding back here until the next news as the sp could be significantly lower yet!

I have been in here since before the big rise 4 years ago! If it makes sense to hold longterm I will which does require decent management sorry. There are huge steps to be taken here to achieve much and if it starts off well then momentum could build and I will appraise then. Currently all to prove, a sliding share price and an ever closer painful raise. As questions are answered then my and others opinion can change!

No I don’t have a pile of cash on the sidelines , I would have to divert from somewhere else and currently have other better bets but everything is subject to change. I don’t trade for a few percent btw. It is quite regular to see crypto miners rise 25% in a day! And obviously drop . That is the trading area for me. I just add on dips here under 4 p and yes May decide it is better to clear out for a quick trade in cleanspark Mstr or terra wulf etc and then come back. Doesn’t always work but more often than not it does .

I generally trade to reduce my average without committing any new cash. Makes sense to me!

I am in this for me, not to have some misguided loyalty to any aim CEO’s who primarily are out for themselves and opaque with info.

Lol Nero. There is a well known phrase , the trend is your friend. Idiot momentum investors says Nero while 12 years into an investment which is currently worth half his initial investment. Hating on everything else won’t make your investment strategy any better or get you to breakeven.

You were trashing Bitcoin at $ 4.5 , last week at $50 k and no doubt will be doing so at $100 k and $500 k.

Bitcoin adoption is moving apace.

Continuing for 12 years down a blinkered rabbit hole is not wise imv and calling people idiot investors for actually making money from investing is just plain sour. Markets rarely reflect a true value that’s why you have to use your own common sense and why so many overstate theoretical value and why it is still essentially gambling.

About as easy as it was for Bradley to tell us that deal would be finalised months ago and that the last raise of £500 k was for drilling!

I am largely exposed in mstr, coin and Bitcoin miners but it is always wise to spread your risk. Currently adding the crypto related as there has been a big drop over the last couple of weeks and been buying back. I expect a Bitcoin push in oct / Nov.

I did sell out at 8 p but had also traded on the way down a good few times. Didn’t catch the 45 p intraday pump price but that would have been a miracle. Traded from mid 20s. Selling and re buying. Of course I didn’t know how low we would go or how badly the majors deal would go but did caution against over optimism and majors drawbacks.

I keep my average decent so I am ok here . May well aim for a 3 p average yet rob. Some cash can be made here with the right entry point,average and some good news but I really wouldn’t rely on it and won’t be badly burnt if doesn’t work out.

Currently adding Taylor Woodrow for nice div and safety and reducing interest rates.

Moom o and Karl. Ok, most of my holdings these days are us and Canadian! I trade regularly, often between shares.

One example. Sold Omi at 8 p bought Cnr at 17 p sold a slice of Cnr on 36 p spike. Brought a little bit back here. When I make a profit somewhere I spread the risk with more variety. When I see something starting to move I put cash in. It’s just my strategy.

I also don’t need to post on shares that are behaving themselves. How do I make significant cash ? Well if you take a look at the graphs for solana and Bitcoin or clsk, Mstr. Mara, coin, nvidia American super conductors that would tell you. Currently buying back bit miners and adding Mstr .

I have a reasonable holding here but have essentially bought it with free money. If we get the multi bags some here expect mypresent holding will see me ok however if it should end up down the pan it’s no biggie. Price is now in the buy region unlike in the high 4 s where peeps were claiming deal imminent and end of the ;s As it turns out it is the end of the 4s, it’s hello 2s!

My posting history here stands up to scrutiny which is more than can be said for most. I will buy more if it seems sensible but as you say. Would be folly to buy on the posting of a Johnny come lately or posters that have been spectacularly wrong in the past .I paddle my own canoe and am not really under water here having doubled my cash previously here. Let’s see how it pans out! 😜

Well mr moo, unlike yourself, I have posted from sub 4 p all the way up to 45 p and back again. Stayed in profit and am happy to have a punt here. I have not lost cash here by being cautious and trading. Having held more shares than the ceo previously I absolutely won’t tread that path again. I have never been in that position before.

I agree if and when deal is confirmed the dp should rise but also aware that the most likely next event is likely to be a painful cash raise. I could be wrong of course let’s see ?

As to how many shares I hold, not really important , I hold as much as I want to hold presently. I prefer solana Bitcoin and Mstr .

Break , I agree with everything you say. However we do not know what Brad May have signed to get his mits on $2 m. Of course it will take ages to sort out the j/v company. Some were advising patience during the v long wait for it to happen in the begining. This deal could just be very long winded timescale by n m. They have no need to rush.

As regards nsr that is basic nd sgreed at 1.5 .%. That’s the easy bit, just like Argentina has a 2% one. The $2m obviously changed things. Anyhow, stick or twist . One thing for sure tho. If the fan gets hit you won’t see 123 or moo moo for dust just like golden car.

Me moo posters Havnt walked the dp down from 45 p have they.? I agree that holders have to take some lessons for sitting on their hands and keeping hold all the way down.however , I see it time and time again in aim explorers and it is generally because they literally expect everything to follow as the ceo states instead of using common sense. Most of these toddlers are set up primarily for the benefit of the directors not the punters. I try to keep peeps grounded and not place too much trust in timescales etc.

the prospectivity is there however the management have no serious credibility Have tore through $4 m doing naff all and are fairly close to a potential ….storm confetti party . Personally sold out at 8 p with 4 p ave and buying small ammounts here on retrace under 4 p. I will not pay more than 4 p here and consider it high risk .

Your sudden appearance and constant posting is a bit sus, and your enthusiasm is basically a v high risk punt that is running out of runway fast. Good luck to you . If news comes in the next month then sp should take off. Personally will likely sell my little hand if we hit 6 p because I cannot see how these guys will be able to fund the needed drilling

Break, it appears that simply handing over $2 m seems to have secured their right to 51% somehow! Allowing them to negotiate a 1.5 % nsr and recovered spent costs at any production time. Good business on their part really. Would suggest Brad rolling over for 2 m . Seems like reality of David / Goliath . Omi defenceless against the majors that most were trumpeting 3 years ago.

The only sensible way imv is to work out a realistic deal total, then deduct allied costs and divide by likely fully diluted.

Personally don’t see deal over $150m and likely 210/220 m shares . Costs anywhere between $5-20 m .

Canadian clearance are wide of the mark. Currently we have a non binding loi which is exactly what says on the tin. Even when an agreement is reached it will probably be ; months to complete. If a deal is agreed sp should rise but it looks more and more unlikely that this will happen before needing more cash. Any raise from here or lower will be very painful. A raise is nailed on for me sept/ oct.
