Has to be said that any legal stuff like this can take a long time however Brad had led expectations for months ago and we are 2 years on from the deadline for the joint venture into stage 2. This isn’t a couple of months messing around , it is 2 years . 2 years where $4 m will have been wasted and now we raise £1/2 a m less costs for 9% of the company and will be raising more at quite possibly lower than last time!

123, we are all speculating during the very long wait since the supposed move to joint venture status 2 years ago! Just remains to be seen whose speculation is correct.

My investing here is based on the track record to date and financial status of the company. If everything comes together then current entry gives a decent risk reward . It is hard for peeps with much higher averages to keep Uber positive when they have been on a very winding road for 2 years while bod burn through all the free cash that most were giving as their strength a couple of years ago.

Me, I am cautious. Adding small ammounts on dips, ignoring posts like we won’t see the 4 s again etc.

moo, I am clear I add small ammounts on pullbacks keeping a sub 4 p average but until things are clear I am not going deep here. Good luck to anybody buying now but keep things real . It is a gamble, most of aim is a gamble but this is on the higher risk level imv.

123. As in the last / occasions the first you will hear of a cash raise will be an rns containing a heavily discounted raise. Nobody knows anything for sure because nothing concrete has been rnsd. However the shrinking cash position is completely obvious, no doubt surrounding that . That’s not hypothetical it is inevitable. Stop being silly it gets nobody anywhere.

I was always at odds with his valuation/predictions and at one point pointed out that holders buying in at 30 p in Omi or ggp May never see breakeven. Bhargav like dr and many others used ggp to justify their ridiculous predictions.

123. Only one person being ridiculous here ! It may be out of his control but he gave timelines including a ridiculous ri rule expectation of drilling and a jorc this year. You claimed that it is just Canadian regulatory issue stopping a deal completion months ago Brad has recently stated that negotiations continue between parties. You continually try to manipulate the facts. Yes of course I will change my stance if and when there are tangible results. That is what sane investors do. Currently the timeline given for this deal and drilling is ever expanding just like the scenario for creation of joint company. So called positives including yourself claimed it was almost done. Dr, the 40 p spike was off the back of majors hype mainly. If we regain control we return to pre majors scenario and have returned to pre majors share price. Getting asset back is only a first step. Funding will be the hardest part.

To me, logic says if your ceo reduces his Bruce bonus from £1 to 40 p it suggests that a figure around there is the bottom line or why put it there.

As regards broker notes. 888 has diligently forwarded them at £2 and £1.60. They are paid for fluffing. Nothing more. Looks more like preparations for a raise to me!

Agree dr that early doors is when explorers are likely to be profitable however only if they make progress. It is interesting to see how this pans out.

Dr, I seem to recall that not only did Brad admit to failing in finance and getting the job because he was cheap and a mate but also said he didn’t have any great discoveries on his resume.

I think that was the sprott interview and also mentioned a jorc resource this year!

dr, the move from 4 p to an intra day 45 p was pretty rapid and obviously a massive pump. it very soon retreated helped by the unforcasted raise not long after! the story from there was one of mainly gradual decline with a few mini spikes. agree many could have banked good profits however many here joined during the much higher period.

i always urged caution on further rises and questioned the ludicrous *** packet calcs of many. the issue of majors hasn’t altered that. the figures bandied were laughable and obviously showed little research and were clearly pumping. i advocated trading to try and even up the playing field but most seem to see trading as a crime!

personally havnt lost on this at all but mainly because i havnt listened to any of the ramping and used common sense! not sore but also do not want to mislead others by negating the many risks here! while listening to much hot air here over the last year and a half i have been making hay in mstr , clsk , nvidia and others. omi hasn’t warranted a significant outlay tbh. however taking a bit of profit elsewhere and sticking a bit back here is not out of the question but as i foresee a good chance of another heavily discounted raise yet it would be very risky to add big here now. agreed if news comes before raise buying now should be profitable. good luck anybody buying chips now!

Moo123, If the news of deal comes this will certainly spike from whatever level we are at when it lands. Anyone’s guess what that will be. Moo, I will add some more below 2.70. Yes 123, exiting is the hard part which is why there are so many angry peeps here. I advocated trading but most seem to regard it as a crime. For me it gives you a better chance of keeping your pants in these very risky lifestyle shares. I cashed in my chips here long since and am basically re buying free so happier than some to have a punt. Keep throwing more cash at a bad investment is usually folly. I had an introduction to this by investing in mr bells rrr many years ago. Lesson learnt!

You cannot get away from the fact that any investment expert whether it be buffet , sprott or anyone else will tell you a bod with no skin in the game is a massive red flag so this will remain a risky punt for me but a punt it is so 🤞 but no fantasy posts from me!

Dr, do you agree that when most everybody was just bleating on that the 2 majors guaranteed huge wealth I flagged up the possible down sides of the majors including mothballing. Yes of course situations change and opinions change. Bhargav is the proof. I was disagreeing with him a couple of years ago. I just point out the possible pitfalls which until lately was a fairly rare voice among the pumpy overblown predictions. Best to have balance and then judge in hindsight I say.

I will first of all give you a question. Do you not find it odd that cheerleaders of the two majors, £2 incoming narrative now trumpet not having majors ???

For me I don’t mind spaghetti but have a price J will pay and a price I won’t. Also if there is a health scare on a brand I may refrain from said spaghetti until proven safe. Everybody may have a different view on the spaghetti of course but to ignore the health risks could be fatal. Hope that helps .

In regard to raises , the last two had no prior warning. I did however have disagreements a long time ago here and predicted the timescale for the last one. It is not too difficult if you calculate the cash burn!

Current price to buy is a whole lot better than 5 p not so long ago when certain posters believed we had waved goodbye to the4 s! I will add from here down but will not deny the large risk. I am prepared to take a punt tho but it is not one of my main holdings atm. Anything is subject to change tho and if we get deal news soon that would be change. However I am cautious on that one! I am only looking to the short/medium term currently.

The vid I posted is worth a watch . It is about selling. The problem is that it is very hard to see the wood for the tress and sell out when sensible . Especially when as with most explorers coming cation and timelines are opaque at best. So many end up locked in . I am easy with this share , just stare the obvious pitfalls. Doesn’t mean if you have good timing that you cannot make some cash. After all 5 p was a good sell point if you bought under 3 p. I missed that one I must admit.

This year I have had much better results elsewhere but I believe it is best to be quick on your feet and move with the market so hasn’t made sense to put much in here. I also see much more risks than Bitcoin or Mstr for example.

I invest with the full knowledge that aim companies are set up mainly for bod and will be economical with facts. That is a given. This bod has a bad track record so far and no real credibility do they have a lot to prove. If they come up with the goods I will be v happy. If they run true to form I won’t be spitting feathers because I have managed my holding to my own risk profile and have a decent average!

Rob, I agree that gold looks set for a good run in the short to medium term. It is hard to look too far ahead tho. If the us should walk in to a recession gold is also like to take a hit. Anyhow. My producers are doing ok . Bitcoin will also fare well with interest rates reduction. If you look at bitcoins rise over 15 years it is astounding. The adoption of Bitcoin is really heating up now. The fed will end up holding it . With a finite total ammount and ever increasing buyer base it can only go one way . It really is silly to have a binary outlook.

Doc, you are correct that the pov has risen considerably since Burittica was sold. However costs have risen a lot. That’s why most producers share price are way below 2020 peaks. Also when it was sold it was almost built and fully funded. How much do you think the build costs were? Also you make no reference to number of shares etc. let’s just see the very first step on that long road actually materialise
