We have had about 25% dilution since January for about £1.3 m. When I look at the raises for Cnr for similar period they are in many millions each time . I still fail to see the medium term funding answers so far. It is all dependent on a pretty massive re rate or various j/vs ?

Moo, I am adding a bit today. Don’t like the spread. Well we need completion asap and that jorc before next raise. It is not hard to see the scenario of a doubling of share total pretty fast which. Seeing the cost of $4 m pretty much squandered . Now we will see proper hefty dilution so yes sell on spikes between the confetti is my aim. Jac , I think it was wishful thinking. Working out cash burn is pretty simple from the statements. $200 k p m is about average and any raise should be done before sub$500 left. So we have just raised around 4 to 5 months cash but that doesn’t include drilling ! And as I said rainy season just about now. Not gonna get 30 m elephants on this kind of raise that’s for sure. Let’s hope brads hopeful timescale for jorc works before next confetti season. Yep sell any spike mr b.

Simms, calibre have started diversifying because being nica centric doesn’t reward the sp well so why would they lay out $200 m which would be $300 m with mine build when they are adding high grade ounces at a pace themselves from revenue. The attraction for calibre is they have a cash cow that cost $ 100 m to finance purchase of safer jurisdiction mines. As far as Chinese concerns, calibre model is to expand fast and get taken out just like Newmarket. Could happen before condor who knows.

Glad you not over exposed roxi. I think a 100% from here on a deal is for sure on. I think we will get a sudden re rate to 30 s at some point then offer between 40-50 ish . 100% is only 43 p . Personally stuck a bit of Cey cash in recently.

I think there could be lower yet . My 3.20 limit not gone yet. Have one at 3 also but waiting for a bit to buy considerably. Johnstoneo, it really is a mistake to look on these aim explorers as long term investments imv. Sell the spikes buy the pullbacks and trade when possible to minimise your investment capital. I warned about over ambitious predictions. An unsustainable spike to 40 p has been used as a valuation by some , it clearly isn’t.

Personally I don’t think the bod has had much power in the situation and have pointed out the obvious downsides of the situation which should be considered when investing. They are not the most dynamic bod but you also should take responsibility for not taking action with your holding.

Hopefully we may see a spike on news. All is not lost . Fingers crossed

Slim, usually the obvious answer turns out to be the correct one not the sexed up version. The reward level was lowered from £1 to 40 p at the begining of the sale process. Not only should that give holders a good idea of what level is base case it absolutely tells a potential purchaser. After nearly two years there has still only been 3 site visits? Agreed the pog is very helpful but the fact remains that there have only been 3 visits and as yet no binding offer!

I really don’t understand why anyone would want to get their expectations raised to £1 and over. £1 would make a sale price of around £230 m -250 m . Never gonna happen!

Zara, pretty amazing to have a 21 p average. I have been adding around 21.6 and 22.5 over the last month. Yes if/when deal is struck a 100 % should be a given. Still a fair wait yet tho imv. As with Shg and Cey I intend to unload on news of deal. Good luck

rob, brad had talked about getting a jorc out asap. when it comes it is not going to be 2 m oz . that will take a long time and will take much more finance and time. let’s see any drilling and jorc before *** packet calcs.yes $25 is realistic, in a sale scenario but explorers are rarely valued in this way.

cnr has everything in place to mine 2.4 m oz with 600 k reserves, a bfs , all permits and land purchased and m cap of less than £50 m so yes i will have a different view. great week in crypto land tho currently.
