123, I do not know the folds are coming. I hope they may do but this is a fairly risky punt . However I sold 100% up last time so am happy sticking a bit of free money in here but as for your more folds than crypto, the proof is in the pudding.

I look at my pfs daily and my crypto bag continues to rise whereas Omi has continually dropped for years now with the odd short term spike here and there. The folds have already materialised in crypto. Bitcoin is approaching its ath as we speak and I expect fireworks in Nov.

However, I like to be spread broad and Omi is part of that albeit fairly modest currently. However if I decide to christalise gains elsewhere that could change. For me there is still a massive question mark for funding and until I can imagine how Omi can raise enough to cover $ 2.4 m expenses and then enough to cover other projects and a proper drilling campaign I will treat this cautiously. It is obvious they will need help with funding as £1.4 m for 25% of the company so far this year has not and will not propel the sp enough imv.

Isle, I did miss your post . However there is a difference between Brad saying no issue with rain and him saying there will be drilling during icy /nov. He says May have to vote on deal at end of Nov so I will take that as likely. So the weather isn’t likely to be a factor however while tropical storms prevail in the gulf I stick with my conclusion that it is certainly not ideal time .

As always we wait and see and under those circs I am happy to add teeny weeny amounts as the so has continued to fall using profits from last time and getting my cash working in other places.

Rob. Answer. Yes I have mentioned crypto on Cnr bb. Got similar response. Gold peeps seem to be very binary. Mentioned Bitcoin being a buy at 4.5 k got trashed by couple of so called tech peeps . Recently crowing when my 4.5 k Bitcoin was “crashing” to 50 k . Meanwhile, after burying more and more cash there they sit 50% down after 13 years . Getting more and more angry. Yes oddly I was the only poster there that worked out when raises were coming. If you are going to be one asset blinkered you best do decent research. There is peeps here that seem to think that 1 resource estimate and you will be rated on gold in the ground basis and to cap it gold in the ground proven reserve . lol

Again, what happens if this £800 k goes with no re rate? How big are rate will be needed to cover a full drilling campaign and our other projects.?? You want to talk Omi !

Because rob, this is an investor bb and I have mentioned a share that has just moved 70% in the past month and 600% in the last year. Some peeps just want to make cash. I don’t complain when you talk about bike rides, property or Spanish holidays etc. maybe I am a bit more tolerant than some of you. I have single handedly warned about the overly ramped up nonsense that has been posted here for years. Not generally tolerated either.

123, brought crypto up, telling me I should sell my crypto and put it in here. Since then Mstr has gone up 70% and Omi down 40%! Not much of a share trader. He knows no more about crypto than Omi. He does realise he missed huge gains but counters it with nonsense.

Anyhow, the filter button is there for a reason.

Back to the next ggp, what happens if the foretold massive re rate doesn’t materialise and more delays ensue with completion and drilling? What level of re rate do peeps think is needed to be able to fund a serious ammount of drilling?

Jimmy, no completion of a deal. Let’s see how it pans out. Big day yesterday. Mstr up 15% ,70% on the month and 600% on the year. Miners going some too. I have most Bitcoin exposure in Mstr . Trading miners and expect some fireworks there as soon as Bitcoin moves into ath. I think Nov/ dec will be rewarding.

Tesla is a small holding for me and buy on dips. Was buying yesterday . Looking to buy over mid term on dips gradually. Sold some last week to put into isa. So that worked but opposite with Mstr. Has pumped so waiting for a pullback.

Do you hold any other crypto? I am mainly solana with Sui , fetch and live peer doing well . Are you reckonining on holding beyond next year. Personally looking to bail gradually over the next year hopefully .

No not interested in the bet. I see Tesla as a longterm bet . Cnr is a case of what can you get and when. Must admit that I loathe musk which makes holding less appealing. No I don’t have a large holding and just add a bit on dip you would think that producing a fully autonomous vehicle on time is a bit more of a task than selling a bargain basement gold mine .

Interestingly you will be looking at tokenised gold in the not too distant future . A gold backed crypto that you can trade on your phone . If you were going to trade your digital gold you wouldn’t want to turn it into$. You would move it into the best performing crypto and in a crypto bear market you would convert your crypto directly into gold, unless gold was in a bear market of course.

123, just read your post re ponzi. Fiat is the ponzi. Like you I passed up advice to buy Bitcoin at $700 and could have taken some pay in Bitcoin. Didn’t get it at that point. I did finally start buying actually mainly eth around 2018. Since swapped eth into solana. Bought some Bitcoin since.

The weakness of fiat is good for both gold and Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is going to peak next year probably about now and that is when there will be a lot transferring out myself included and much is likely to go into gold. I am not binary. It amazes me on these boards how narrow peoples investing can be. For me it’s best to move into the moving sectors. Not sit in Hope year after year that your day will come. These bbs are full of people like John who got it wrong.

Anyhow I am bull on crypto and gold, silver copper uranium and certain tech. Omi is a question mark for me until some actual progress but open to news and bigger investment . Meanwhile small adds on the dip.

Dr, it is true it will come when it comes. Over a month ago you were predicting next week along with the probability of completion and drilling before a raise or even no raise if partner found.

We are back in same foot race against cash burn to get something progressed and tbh just getting the asset back is just the begining of the task. $200 k pm disappears every month. Next raise jan: Feb. Let’s see where we are by Christmas . Pretty important that the share price gets a boost before next discount placing. A strategic partner participation is what you would like to see in next raise.

123, I have a friend who turned under £10 k into what is now over £300 m on Bitcoin. If you think his £300 m is makebelieve that’s up to you. Bitcoin has gone from $18 k low 2 years ago when peeps were waiting here faithfully for phase two, is now over 60 k and is starting on the next leg to over $100 k. Microstrategy nearly 1000%. I think maybe some of the dreams here are a bit more in Mackey believe tbh.

Both bth and eth have appreciated around 60k% within last 15 years, don’t think that’s on golds coat tails. Gold is around 100% in that time which doesn’t even keep up with real inflation! Let’s do a rain check at chrimbo.😜
