Nicaragua is quite similar jurisdiction to Colombia. Cnr inherited Russian drilling and converted. Calibre had b2 as a shareholder then bought b2 assets.they also suffer similar tropical storms.

I find using comparisons the best way to gauge things. Over at Cnr most posters also do not agree but have been deluded on end results for years.

Anyhow, let’s see when the drills turn.

123. We are a third of the way through October now, even when clearance comes through it will still take time for the legals to be finalised and deal concluded. This idea even then that drills will be turning the next day is amusing. Let’s see. Quite happy if I am wrong. I base my expectations on a calibre deal with b2 gold which was really quite similar apart from the cash part. Both Canadian, b2 held shares in calibre previously. Took 3 months from deal agreed to finalising. Admittedly there was finance involved .

From oct to June! That isn’t definitive of when the majority of drilling done is it. I have just looked at various drilling plans earliest start jan. Mostly wound up by oct. Check collectives drilling for last couple of years or arris. Not saying it is impossible but it is for sure not ideal!

Drilling campaigns generally finishing now. Rainy season now. Starting in march.

J, all you can go on is probabilities. Generally in this game things take longer than expected. That’s why I mostly expect longer timescales. Same at Cnr . Peeps generally want to be optimistic about their investment but it can get in the way of being objective. I think much progress by year end is unlikely but I am ok to wait and see how it pans out then judge at year end. For me completion will be good to get out of the way. Then we look for the next duck and see if it quacks.

dr. currently we are waiting for deal completion. 2 day wait for clearance looks half baked to me. completion is a fair way off imv yet. when calibre notified of definitive deal it took 3 months to completion with b2 so i envisage similar. similar kind of deal. we will get notification of drill rigs.currently going into rainy season. jorc by chrimbo is hopeful but let’s see.

i have no doubt geologists models may well be correct but we will not get a maiden jorc at those levels imv. brads 500 m oz more like it. i am sure ageos can explain the difference in categories for peeps that think lowest cat will be valued anything over $20 p oz. also the kind of drilling needed to progress to each landmark. the road to proven resource is very long and expensive, involving large ammounts of infil drilling , pea pfs bfs etc. this costs large ammounts of cash. i have seen this road in cnr and like there many peeps are blind to the many tasks involved. *** packet calcs rarely prove accurate.

virtually all question marks remain until we see actual progress and most importantly, the method of funding! since having a j/v propelled the share price, it is still to be seen how having no financial backing and very expensive regular cash raises will fast track this project and sp. we are very much relying in the short term on a re rate on the back of jorc so we need to be on it soon, before this little cash pile disappears.

Hi Rob. Been a few hairy moments in aaz but been some good buying ops. I think there is quite a bit more to come there. I have a bit of hum but they are a bit of a different kettle of fish. Continually throw up disappointment. Added a little bit recently but a real risky one but could come good.

Rob, if you buy and sell shares you are trading. You cannot buy these risky shares without being prepared to sell surely? You gave your mate good advice To sell ! The hardest part of the whole game. Sprott has been a considerable holder in outcrop for a number of years. Does show confidence in them. I think getting absorbed by another Canadian explorer/ producer is the best option. Bought for paper . I cannot see how funding will be forthcoming to seriously forward this project.

Dr, however the market cap may rise the fundamental to watch is the ammount of dilution that it takes to get to that point. We already see 24% this year with nothing as yet done apart from bargaining.

Obviously the addition of majors backing in both Omi and ggp was a major propellant of their share prices. Ggp crashing when newcrest walked. In time the hype wore off with both coming back down to earth.

Still a jorc will be a landmark and we will be looking for some form of deal. Just remains to be seen what transpires.

Absorbed into collective would be my hope and be under serious stewardship.

C f. Just took a look at dec 2023 figures. We had just shy of £2m, raised £500 in May and had around £1 m at end of June . That’s £1.5 m burnt in 6 months which is around £250 k pm. So around 1.2 m . At same rate would last around 5 months. We hear cost reduction but don’t know if there is any one off costs. Would imagine ok til Nov /dec.

C f, I was pleasantly surprised at the figures when released as was expecting a raise soon. Concur we should be good for a fair bit yet unless there is a particular large cost to come.
