Tom. I think you will find about $7 m total although 50 p shares accounted for a good proportion. Actually staff came from calibre and we were told of the companies that could be engaged to carry out the build and management. We had no need for the mill if we were not mine builders. The $7m and subsequent £8 m spent since the bfs would have been better spent on plan b being the small mill. Nicaragua milling we’re perfect for that scenario but something went awry there!

Dr, Argentina is so early stage that I don’t think you can draw much from it tbh. It is not clear how we will fund Colombia let alone the millions in commitment for Argentina.

Moo, interestingly Cnr resource estimate is around 2.4 m with 600k oz converted to reserves. Worth a look at the funding levels to get to the stage of reserves and construction ready. Current m cap sub £50 m and a likely sale not much more than double imv. 15 years so far .

However I think a maiden jorc will give a nice spike to sell into. Pog has to be helpful for any news based movements .

Let’s see how much we get for completion of deal and whether we have a raise before. In theory if we manage funding then good gains could be made. It is just a matter of seeing the money! Heading into my buy territory but deffo not selling crypto atm s t to fund here.

Personally imagine a bit over 40 p equivalent but mc reward hasn’t been definitively described so as I pointed out the flat rate could well cover anything under 40 p and the sliding scale start above 40 p. The bod decides and votes on such things so as we see with £1 level can be changed to suit without our input.

Anyhow I think likely 220-230 m fully diluted will give 40-50 p which if buying now gives a 100% which is decent, obviously not for holding 10-15 years but that’s the nature of the game and why sitting tight only buying isn’t a great tactic. Personally re buying gradually but expecting some funding news before long so could get cheaper.

Share trader told me I should sell all my crypto and put it in here before it was too late lol. Crypto pumping nicely and I can buy Omi lower as I suspected.

Agree this process does not conform to the original brief of stages. Stage 1 was expected to have been complete spring 2023! As some of your examples show , it is usual to release news of offers , they obviously are not formal offers. Strange process.

Simms, yes calibre has trebles but is the exception not the rule. It is the only one of my goldies that has appreciated that much. You will find a few that have doubled. Many are not too far from their 2022 level.

Agree any deal will be above todays share price so decent risk reward if buying now. I have been re buying lately . 22 p is ok after selling just under 25 p a few months back. Aiming for a 23 p average atm which means 46 p for a bag which is so able imv.

Simms. Mellons warrants were 15 p. $100 m doesn’t finance 150 k oz production that would be over $150 m. Could you show evidence of goldies tripling in this time?

I don’t think you are going to see more than a doubling of sp by sale time. Currently the most imminent factor will be further funding imv!

There will be around 230 m shares by sale time imv. So even to get 50 p you need around ££139-150 m sale. Mm

Hi doc. Unfortunately gold in ground prices generally only transfer into share price at point of sale. Most exploration companies will advertise that they are rated way below average gold in ground which are determined I believe from sale figures. However will certainly give good rise so yes first jorc estimate should give a good boost . The later infil stage etc is less productive and more expensive along with various studies. So again looking for early de risk.

So, as I have mentioned before, I think Cnr is a very good comparison to Omi. Cnr inherited much soviet drilling data that got converted to jorc fairly quickly. This and the early stage drilling gave by far the best share price results. More than 10 long years have passed each stage has taken ages and with dilution the hoped for sale will return holders a fraction of the highs of 10 years ago. The jurisdictions are also similar in many ways.

So for me the early news is what I am looking for and will look to sell spikes and not interested on long term guesstimates. Hum holders have had a down to earth experience on valuations recently for project sale.

The chances for good profits are there. It just depends on Omi ability to fund the needed exploration. Had to be said Cnr had better management and ability to fundraise and large shareholders. However we are again heading into a hot market so we could see some good gains but don’t ignore the many risks . As any hurdles are crossed then personally my confidence will increase here but funding is the one I want to see. I still suspect a raise before any drilling and quite likely before deal completion.

Hi Rob. The pog took 25 years to regain its 1981 peak. I believe probably accounts for part of the last bul run as well as the introduction of the gold etfs. Incidentally Bitcoin etf introduced this year. This gold run is really a continuation of the gold run that started when it broke over $1400 . Any of these scenarios are possible however I am not basing my investing on 2030 . Will assess it as it goes. For example , if there was a large recession that would hit pog.

Re Bitcoin, rises are coming whoever wins imv and we will likely see a softening in democrats. It is crazy to not use their technical advantage. If they don’t others will.

Agree the market is for sure improving for goldies generally. Let’s see how things progress. I have some Cey cash left so may have a considerable increase if I see decent odds. Have some limit buys set somewhat lower atm.

Exactly rob, if the astronomic gains predicted here happen it is not imperative to have a massive exposure. Happy to see others cashed up.

I have held aaz since production. Done ok there. Still holding and bought more on the dips there over the last couple of years. So had Shg and Cey taken out this year. Aaz could be next.

I am a bit perplexed with your continual inference that I am not a positive person based on my views on Omi .and you are! You cannot do psycho analysis based on a share that has left many nursing large paper losses . I am not nursing big losses, in fact have profit from here previously.

I could say you are a negative person because you won’t talk about an asset that has turned less than £10 k into over £250 m for someone I know in around 15 years.

Btw I have been self employed almost all my adult life so used to thinking for myself which may explain why I take a different view to many and being a child of 77 lol.

Ddd, agree we are very lucky with the gold run. Cgt limits already savaged by the etonians.Glad I am nearly completely isa contained. That’s why I have chosen more crypto proxies than crypto over last couple of years.crypto exposure in isa.

Certainly looking good for gold going forward. With the Bitcoin cycle running out in about a year would expect quite a bit to transfer to gold then. Have been adding more gold and silvers.

Rob, as I have said before it is hard to predict gold price longterm. It’s entirely possible. I started re buying goldies march 1 when it seemed obvious that things were turning to me. Been adding more recently and silvers.

There is no doubt the market is as good as you could hope for. For me it hangs on finance now. I am not so convinced that a j/v is hanging in the wings and seeing as it has taken 2 years to escape this one and being lauded as a game changer why is another one also desirable ?

You mention Wsbn well that is a clear example of what can happen. I did hold there a number of years ago and traded it on a few high spikes which saved me when it plummeted. Lost a bit but not much thanks to hitting the spikes and bailing later.

In regard to interest rates and pog. We had historically the lowest interest rates ever for over 14 years, how comes we didn’t have a 14 years gold run ? We will get further rises in pog near term I reckon for various reasons including I rates and ww3. I expect Bitcoin to also take a hike for similar reasons. Has been lagging gold for last few months but expect a breakout.

Since you mention funding, I am expecting one in the not too distant future. Recent share movement is somewhat similar to the lead up to 15 p convertible.

Cnr are burning a lot of cash during this 2 year sojourn. That and the mill cash would have been better spent on the idea of small mill. Mc stated that is plan b since the sale sign went up. How long exactly does it take before reaching for plan b?

Hi Rob, nice that one passed me by. Good move spreading it into property. I bought my present house with procceeds of wpp bought at 50 p and sold at over £8. Held for 10 years mind. That’s why we do this isn’t it. Only need one or two.

That’s the hardest part , knowing when y to buy and sell.

I try not to be too attached as it often leads to bad decisions. I am hopeful that I can make some cash here but I retain my caution because as the Rick rule interview states, look for management with a track record and skin in the game. However there are plenty of aim minnows that have spiked unrealistically before crashing down to earth again so who knows.

Hi Rob. I sold my Cey as soon as I heard on Monday at around £1.48. Started spreading it around since but keeping a bit back.good to get it working. Takes many months for deal to go through meantime hopefully get it working straight away. Cey not been a stormer but sold up 50% and had decent divis for about 5 years so not too bad.

know about it. Sprott is a big holder in outcrop I believe! Would be a coup if it ever happened
