I am a holder in calibre who carried out a similar deal with b2 gold. It took 3 months to complete after deal agreed. I imagine a couple of months to go and expect a raise before completion.

Anyhow, at least deal is agreed which is good. St seemed to think I would regret not selling my cryptos and getting more here but we are hovering around 3.60 . I have added some but more in crypto related after Cey sell on Monday. Quite timely. Expecting to add more yet but could be had lower possibly.

Hi Rob. Congratulations on your £3 m assets. Perhaps explains your laissez faire attitude to your holding here. I don’t have £3 m in assets and invest to improve my financial standing .

Conversely I could say , why does Rob post do much on a highl risk minnow when he has £3 m assets. I would be off on adventures . But we are all different !

As regards my holdings , I try and spread around sectors.

In regards to crypto, there are times to be in and times to be out. Currently I am buying as there has been a fair pullback and am buying for the next 6 months only.

I have always said it is hard to forcast far in the distance these days so am prepared to change course at fairly short notice. This includes Omi. I am happy to continue adding under 4 p and my guess is there will be a placing in the not too distant future. My guess is that it will be lower than present so will not add significantly until then. Yes I could be wrong on that . That’s gambling which is what this is. It will be hard to buy if/when this takes off and will accept that if I should miss out. Let’s see how it pans out .

Not sure what level of holding gives one the right to post often on here ? However will give you your wish and give posting a rest and leave it to the false prophets !

Have read a few of your links on hum bb. I have a modest holding in hum and centerra . What is noticeable in them is a cutoff period and progress to phase two. Both lacking so far in Cnr process.

Hum hasn’t been a great success story so far but has managed to fund and build mines at least. Obvs this deal could completely de risk them which would be a great achievement but as mr lion points out on hum bb, it could take a long time . Some interesting stuff in some of the links tho.

Newsboy, I was in here when mr End predicted a £500 m company lol. Long since given up on this longstanding caper. Just look in once a year or so to remind myself what a joke board this is with seemingly no end of defenders of a serial shareholder destroyer. Good lessons for other aim companies. Give me crypto any day of the week.

Hi Rob. You keep referring to highly dilutive cash raises with attached warrants as rights issue. They are not rights issues. A rights issue is where all shareholders are offered shares at a ratio to their existing shares. They really are not rights issues.

I deal with facts and probabilities. I am very happy that I sold at 8 p and can now buy under 3 p if I wish rather than holding on while they shrink before my eyes. That is common sense not glass half empty. Holding on like a fool is glass half full. Good luck with that! There are a little group here that really want to suspend common sense.

Silly moo, basically I buy when I think it makes sense. We have dropped 25% in the last month and we know to expect another 25% haircut when the inevitable placing drops. Not in the habit of deliberately trying to wave goodbye to 50% lol! I am buying in what I hope is going to be the next leg of the Bitcoin run over the next 3-4 months or so. Of course could be mistaken but my Bitcoin chart for last 5 years looking a bit stronger than Omi. No I am not dumb enough to think that posting negatively will give me a lower but price, bod will most likely achieve that. Yes it is a gamble what rns is coming. If it is good news and I have to pay higher then maybe I will . Probably will add after placing if my expectations become fact. I am quite chilled with any result. Moo. Firstly, most of my shares are now us or Canadian. Having been a poster here for years longer than you and most likely a holder too I think it is fairly reasonable that I contribute here. I sold 8 p and am happy re buying at as low a price as possible but realise that it is a big risk currently. I am not however hindered with a high average. As we have seen previously, big spikes can happen with decent news.

I am in a similar boat to legal, waiting till after the inevitable raise. Up to you if you believe it won’t happen and believe everything that Brad says as if it is gospel! Not for me but good luck. Currently elsewhere not as healthy as it has been but I see buying ops .

I am buying back some bitty, solana , fetch and livepeer. Had a great run with Mstr and adding atm. Miners are a bit all over the place but I do trade them a fair bit. Buying atm.
