Ears.unfortunately,Frr defaulted and the CEOs have also defaulted on their personal guarantees in regard to Shares to omf and their own lawyers payment plan .I don't believe any judge or jury can back that.doesnt imply trustworthiness .irrespective of your feelings about omf, they had an agreed contract with signed resignation papers in the event of default.
Now we hear in an interview that apparently Frr delisted deliberately ,without consulting shareholders.

Instead of guessing the share price by Christmas we can guess whether we receive any correspondence from the company .and if it will be positive.My guess is not on your nelly and that the adr will go no where.Hope was pretty dismissive of it if I re call.This is just the phase before court .It will be going to court like everything else is in my opinion .

It is not reasonable to have a complete blackout from Jan .acording to the brains on this board last Dec this was going to be sorted ,out of court in January.

Interested to see how calibre sp fares when they return and the m cap in relation to the $ 100 m.
They had a mcap around £15 m previously virtually identical to Cnr at the time.

MR zz also stated that Frr chose to de list because they weren't valued properly.Now I would say there is a better way of becoming a private company.Ie consulting the shareholders about going private.personally I would give equal credence to all that was in the interview.Ie very little.if he can spin a story about the de list I don't see why any other claims should be taken as fact .

Rr,nine months ago we were told Frr had no clue why nomad resigned and that they would be communicating regularly.now zz states that they chose to delist and havnt communicated in any form whatsoever ,ever ,ever.
There is a chance holders will get there cash back.same as the chances of men coming from Mars .1000/1 so they say.

Option 2 looking quite likely to me with our new shareholder.Or a combination of the two perhaps.gold price may have a say in things.the higher the gold price goes the less incentive for calibre.

We know that the liquidators havnt accepted the dos as it has no relevant information hence the forthcoming court date .They have defaulted on personal guarantees to outrider and their own lawyers.fact.
Today in this interview zz is saying that Frr deliberately delisted.So did zz lie to shareholders when he said that they had no warning of cairn resigning and that they would be re listing and that they were in discussion with nomads in January.or is he lying about the de listing in this article..I would say to go private should need shareholder approval.somewhere along the line the truth is not being told.If you believe the theory that the de listing was an orchestrated strategy then you probably owe mr star an apology As it obviously wasn't him that ruined Crimbo. personally I think that part of the interview is complete bull.all eyes on the court cases ,everything else is just noise I only .

Earazzle,you are a Richard cranium.I have no access to the docs and purely going from docs posted here. If it makes you feel safer in your investment to think star and myself are one and the same just because we have read the docs and see the same writing then fill your boots.

Reg,correct me if I am wrong but I was under the impression that the dos from zz and SN was unsatisfactory to the liquidators because it didn't contain the required information.that is from memory as I don't have access to the relevant docs.

Rodders,it is not the share centres fault that kip only has one share and it is de listed.they still have to maintain his acc.If kip believes this will come back what's the difference to if was listed.of course if he thinks it's a lost cause then it is beer money down the drain.the obvious answer would be to have Cerys sent out and close acc.mine are electronic with share centre.if they were able to send out cents there would be a fee.

In regard to your obvious conclusion.they may or may not have believed the cash would be there but obviously it hasn't been and they havnt honoured their guarantees even though most here believe them to be hnw individuals.

Rodders,,thus far they have failed to honour their guarantees just like with omf.clearly their lawyers do not think they intend to pay,hence lawsuit.the list is fairly damning.no point in sexing these things up Imo.Thats how many have ended up in this pickle.best to stick to known facts .

Mad,Frr have confirmed in court already that hope didn't block funding.sn and zz havnt honoured personal guarantees to outrider or their lawyers. these are facts.too much attention is attached to theories Imo.It is not too surprising that the Georgians are taking Frr to arbitration really .

Rr, Apart from this misadventure the rest of my investments are in gold.mostly on aim and all doing very nicely.aim is a cesspit just like capitalism but the investor also needs to use initiative.aim isn't generally rewarding for lth ,however some wise trading can be rewarding.bloe is a good example recently . If you were a long term holder of just one bank in the financial crash the result would have been catastrophic.
