Reg,so this theory that frr keep losing their lawyers on purpose to buy time doesnt make sense to me . why deliberately push arbitration further down the road if a super major is waiting to make us all rich ?

Mc states We currently have 350 hectares.unless I am missing something that doesnt sound like very good progress.of course there may well be a number of purchases pending but thus far it doesnt appear great progress to me .

Gives some answers.
States that cnr had been working on land aquisitions for 4 years and planned to aquire 600 hectares for the production scenario in the pfs.pro nicaragua was assisting with land titles.
During2017 the company purchased 150 hectares.two independant valuations had been carried out and a strategy of paying a 10 per cent of the purchase price for landowners who grant an option to buy for 2 years.offers were made to all landowners.30 per cent had accepted at that point.
So in 2017 cnr bought 150 hectares,i assume the 30 per cent options would be 30 per cent of 600 hectares which would be 180 hectares which makes 330 hectares.I would imagine most of those options must either have matured or be close explaining perhaps the timing of the last cash raise.

I would say that frr offered to withdraw because their council told them it is a waste of time and they would not carry on any further because of its futility and lack of finance to pay and most likely frr unable to furnish required information to their counsel.just my opinion .am i correct that we have presently no counsel for the arbitration also.I fail to see how this is positive.so frr delay the arbitration ,meanwhile workers go on strike.doesnt seem like a cunning plan to me.sounds like running out of road.

I may be wrong but I believe you will see reference to land negotiations going back years in rns. Lets hope it is all sealed soon.admitedly my tack is to be sceptical on time scales.I remember well posters expecting permits more than a year before they arrived. Posters have generally expected things to happen faster than reality for years here,I cannot see why it will be any different now.Happy to be pleasantly surprised though.

Tester,I dont believe this is two years from 120 k oz production.I stated ages ago .I dont see a massive upside for the sp either.cnr has been running through circa £200 k per month over the last few years.it should be a lot heavier if the land sales ,permits and pfs etc are to be gained before production begins.I expect another fundraising by the end of 2020 v unless a toll deal arrives.I dont write off that possibility or possible jv with calibre.
Hum is in line to produce 130 oz this year and has a m cap less than £80 m ,not without their problems but shows even when you get to production there are no guarantees. Dividend payment seems to be the point where goldies start really appreciating.cnr are at least 6 years from that point and as you point out a lot can happen in that time.I have said it before and been lambasted,this wont be producing before next elections.
As regards the poster on advfn,some things do ring true to me although the poster may well be linked to monafmi etc. I was of the opinion that land negotiations started years ago.one of the main reasons stated for permit extension is that cnr were obviously behind schedule on land aquisition.It would not surprise me if there are problems with some sellers.probably sortable with some gvnt intimidation . Best to remember that the original protests that convinced mc eventually to drop re settlement were the same protestors that made it to the pc and also that news of the original protest wernt disclosed to us by cnr so best to have an open mind.
Personally I have reduced here but may buy some sub 20 p with a view to sell in mid to late twenties.the days of £1 plus are long gone imo.
Mr beaties holding in galantas has taken a severe beating recently proving that even the big boys dont always get it right.
Cnr need to prove a clear route to production before this will go anywhere .

Don't believe there are 200 workers.just cos it was mentioned in blurb doesn't make it fact.hardly anything Fromm zz or Frr can be taken as fact.belittle these protests guys but I cannot imagine it puts Frr in a good place when trying to convince the gg or arbitrators that they have fulfilled their obligations.

Free,while you are wondering that ,I wonder how many people at the last meeting ,while being told to expect the Earth and that Frr don't go to court unless they can win expected to be where we are now.
The fact is there is a protest and it is getting coverage. Maybe some are looking or have gained paid employment.

as with most cases they get settled before court ,just like most insurance cases.many a sex pest has never actually been to court.just paid cash before court.it is common..not validating stars claim but that's fact .

Cf,hope is suing zz sn for the default on their guarantees which underwrote the original default.they personally guaranteed the payment.they owe outrider shares or the cash .

Frr lawyers have petitioned to extract themselves from representing Frr in a professional manner.frr may get further counsel but we're prepared to dismiss the case they instigated if without prejudice.doesnt really imply a smoking gun to me.hope wants costs and with prejudice.frr lawyers do not wish to proceed .

Cf, is suing the two fugitives for not honouring their guarantee. they have defaulted on payment and share based personal guarantee.the shares were their collateral.I am sure hope will be happy to see the twosome have to stump up the cash personally rather than worthless shares.
Letting Frr drop this case doesn't n any way waive his rights for zz sn to honour their guarantees.frr brought this case.
