Good post El.yes aguila doesnt factor in dilution. Which of course will be part of any financing and at this sp level is likely to be pretty hefty .still have the land purchases too to complete ,possibly before finance I would imagine .

Tbh slim.if we stay above 20 p or rise gradually until positive news on permits or/and toll news that is about the best we can expect imo . We need clear news about production to see major sp action. More patience needed .

Good luck there mapp.guess as always it depends whether you bought on a spike or lower. I find trading part of a holding hedges so whichever way the sp goes you are not too disapointed but lets be honest there are very few aim shares that dont retrace quite sharply from a good rise .just a case of gauging when is a good time to start selling .with gold this could be the start of a long bull run .

Mrs mapp,you will find on aim where death spiral financing is used to stay afloat ,absolutely rampers and shorting are part of the same process.trust nobody on these boards use common sense and personal research .Or invest in a sensible share where you get dividends and steady sp growth. What made you invest in aim shares and frr if you dont mind me asking ? I dont believe a proffesional advisor suggested an old lady should invest in an American company with caymans links and listed on the london aim market .

Mrs mapp,Inote you post ggp as a strong buy .Not totally downcast with aim then.fwiw I think you could be on a winner there .gotta be prepared to sell them though at some point.I am in a number of goldies ,thought about ggp but left it a bit late.had a nice ride with aaz and shg this last year though.good luck in there you never know maybe you wipe out other losses.Thats the reason to not stick all your eggies in one basket.Incredibly many do this on aim shares of all things and cannot come to terms if it doesnt work out .

7 28,everything I am reading is bullish for gold .look at the graph from 1970 and there is the chance of a long run yet.I am too heavy in goldies but still looking to add a few more .Sometimes taking chances pays off .fingers crossed . The longer the bull run the more useful for cnr .yes economics can only get better if the rise continues long term.

Bedex and kenco,you have hit the nail on the head.greed inspires us all to invest.all cons are successful by appealing to peoples natural greed .I have been investing for 40 years but it was the advent of online use 10/11 years ago that I started aim investing .what I have seen over that time is that investor wealth is far worse hit by listening to rampers than de rampers .even accepting a negative view it is much harder to sell at a loss than it is to buy to average down.people ,myself included do not want to accept they made a mistake in the begining.
When I have been ruthless with my holdings and sold out on aim I have never lived to regret it.trading is the only sensible way to invest .sell on news buy on the drops if you believe in a share.
I bought this share in 2017 after the share centre mentioning it as a very speculative buy.I traded it a couple of times successfully with the main aim of increasing my holding ,unfortunately events took over.even there I had previous warnings from oxs and was close to selling.
You cannot treat aim shares particularly extractives like ftse 250 s and best to have a broad pf .
I bought tw and bdev at the same time as I started gambling on aim .They now pay great divis and are 7 baggers roughly in that 10 years.over that period I have lost on aim companies.
Having said that I have been gold heavy for the last years but all but two are producers.
Death spiral financing like ya is always a warning sign .unfortunately we carry on learning.

It really is best to stick to known facts such as they are and wait for the arbitration news however that leaks out to us. Thanks to everyone who releases factual news ie docs etc over the last year as that is the only information we have to go on.

Roara ,My point is the people who try to drive the debate and deny other people the right to views have been spectacularly wrong so far.I await the result of the arbitration . I dont believe that a sale etc will happen until the clean ownership of the asset can be proved.If there is a positive outcome from the arbitration I expect the transfer to be the next issue. Imo. maybe frr have a loophole .if so excellent as I would be extatic .They had to move the asset,the question is is it legal and can omf do anything about it.the mortgage forbids it. We wait to find out facts rather than wishful guesswork .

Madpat a year ago like many here you were predicting ,a new nomad,a quick ooc settlement,60 m loan and super major deal . a year ago frr said they were in negotiations with nomad and they had no idea why cairn resigned and it came as a great surprise.They also said they would keep us informed. Now a second hand report states that they decided to delist . with your new position you were obviously wrong last year .

Somebody earlier mentions frr delaying the arb on purpose.why so they have time for their unpaid workers to go on strike ? There is an absence of logic there.some say it was finished in oct although it was adjourned because of lack of representation.

As I understand it a broker advises the company about the market ie issueing shares etc and best strategy for share price enhancement so a change can only be good imo because the last few raisings could have been better timed and sp direction poor.If we are to go into production we will need to raise some funds alongside any other form of funding imo . I would hope that some new news would not be too far behind the change hopefully.

Odr.that is how I read it.the liquidators state that they were not getting the required info from the chuckle brothers.The auditors are the obvious next call and they will be very careful to maintain their integrity .
