Haha,oh prodigy ,you re a laugh a minute.aim companies also employ rampers to fluff up companies funded by death spiral financiers like ya.seen that with tw mate mr Bells lifestyle companies.I suspect many in here are over exposed after listening to overblown ramping by the very posters that try to stifle debate.I was trading this share a few times in the year and a half leading up to the suspension.I knew it was risky but was doing quite well up to the suspension.I thought about exiting and accept I probably made a bad call .Thats life . Accusing me of being a shorter just reinforces to me what a child you are . I dont stand to lose my house or family . Really is worth checking back a year or so on posts to see just how wrong some people can be. I will be extatic to see genuine news that tells me I get my cash back ,then I will change my stance.
Name calling and stopping debate wont make anybodys investment magically better only genuine news will do that so best for some to grow up a bit and for our company to inform us when we can expect our cash back .

Oopsi,it may give the impression that it has been completed but the word adjudicated is applicable in the past ,present and future tense.ie will be adjudicated,has been adjudicated and will be adjudicated. We are told that frr had no representation.personally I wait to hear actual news .

Agreed they were not going to sit at the back quietly and they most likely skew the facts ,just as we most likely do.that pc was arranged by the gvnt at short notice at the height of the protests when the police would have been in full control of who reached the village .At that time Fsln supporters were being bussed to areas to squat land of opponents so it is likely imv that the pc was stage managed to a degree .
As far as the alleged damage , the case didnt progress .I have an open mind on that one. As I said we were not informed by our company about the protests against the project prior to the change of course in relation to the re settlement and it appears that it was the ifc that pushed for a change .This strategy wasted much time and cash which could have been avoided.
It appears that members of the comunity protest movement are receiving harrassment .lets hope it is not needed to convince some landowners to sell.The progress on this front has been poor in the last two years .lets hope that with extra lawyers we move forward faster now.This was one of the reasons for extending the 18 month period prior to development.In theory we should have been almost ready to begin development of the mine.we are way off it yet .

El,what threats and previous actions do you refer to and what sources do you use . Cnr didnt tell us about the original protests against re location.I believe that information came from tw unfortunately so I keep an open mind on these matters.
Your statement that they tried to force their way into the pc.They are villagers,why do they need to force their way in to a pc about their own village ? Can you show any reference to protestors that validates heavily armed security and police.you may think this normal but I suspect that the compliance system may not.there is reference to protecting human rights for all in the report.

prodigy,a month ago or more I mentioned frr losing their representation in the arbitration.you became very agressive claiming I had my court cases mixed up and carried on in a very agresive manner . The arb was put off for this exact reason.Inthink if your posting history along with many other board owners were claiming the dec 2018 case a formality ,then an ooc settlement in frr favour for jan ,then in the caymans etc etc.The only information we get is from court docs and if it comes from star it is rounded on.now the parties aim to keep that secret. Most here want to move on either way .mole has given the fairest synopsis by ltholders imv .

El,as far as funding is concerned .ifc funding was always mooted for mine buld .ifc stating now that they have no ongoing commercial relationship with the company to me makes that avenue unlikely. I have read that land agents have been agressive in the past but that is hearsay.
Looking at the video of the pc with heavily armed security guards as well as armed police appears opressive to me . It is not exactly history if protestors from the village are still being harrassed by police or anybody else . Remains to be seen if any of the landowners are anti.
They do state that the report did influence their stance .
It is months old , so we move on to permits and hopefully land purchases and news of funding .

Cheers El.I flagged this process up in 2018 but forgot about it after their divestment and tbh the reception from some posters was pretty negative . throws a bit of a different light on things.My ipad is ancient so couldnt read all before it descended into a black page. I note the refferences to heavily armed police issueing threats and searches particularly prior to the ifc visit and bussing in of outsiders all of which seems consistent with what I have seen on social media.They supplied videoed evidence. As you say historic but the police oppression of these people is current according to the link I posted.
I think we can rule out ifc financing which may partly explain our lack of a financing package .
We didnt hear about the protests in the village prior that led to dropping the re settlement from the company so it is best to check all avenues of information to get a ballanced view.

Odr,I was under the impression that it was delayed because we didnt have representation.I was in oxus,that was a producing gold business.more extreme gvnt granted. But a positive is that the georgians havnt re posessed the asset ,but their claim is for nearly that.what it does is avoids years of arbitration to get recompense afterwards.
Tsbs.of course that is the basis of the georgian claim and who belives that frr have satisfied them .thats a no brainer imo.
lets just see how the arbitration progresses . Fingers crossed.

El.acrefremin is anti mining and I would imagine they are maximising ifc selling their holding and claiming a success . I have noted the person lives in the village ,had previously fled and on return has had a delegation of riot police at his home.
You could take that as a positive sign from the nicaraguan gvnt that they are going to apply pressure on dissenters thus making land sales easier etc . I would expect armed police prescence like at the public consultation to be a theme that crops up .of course there will be possible negatives from this strategy.
Nomlungu, from what I read ,the protest movement is crushed ,80,000 refugees mainly in costa rica and extremely heavy opression.meanwhile Nicaraguas economy is going downhill badly.meanwhile the elections are getting ever closer. anything that is tied to ortega opression may well be viewed negatively by many .

One similarity with oxus ,chl and frr is the bb posts inferring life changing quick buck opportunities.the other is that each involve a sovereign gvnts taking back assets.the difference being that in oxs ,chl,oceana and many other cases it was a failed attempt to get compensation.our case involves the georgians claiming for most of the asset which granted is different .we wait for the result of the arbitration to pass judgement.any claims it is almost sorted is hearsay till then. We just hope for the best ,to quote a previous sage,everything else is just noise.The arbitration always had the possibility of being terminal for us so lets hope for a good ending .only then can anybody try guessing the rest of the convoluted legalities.

Cyrox,I think writing off but have an open mind to any further developments is the best course.we are not dead yet .personally I have been investing for 40 years and have had a number of wipeouts as well as successes .since the cayman case it has seemed negative to me as mole said.
I wouldnt like to spend another year like rainbow chaser only to be crushed in 2021/2 .best to take speculation with a pinch of salt and go with company released information and your nose.
My view will change with material news released .The complete lack of any correspondence or ability for anybody to communicate in any way with OUR company makes we negative presently .
