Gipps,I was in oxus ,I know what arbitration means.frr multi billion counterclaim will most likely be laughed out and depends if the georgian claim is upheld.I suspect they may have a more convincing case than frr .hopefully there will be a meeting somewhere between but no guarantees.oxus board is still open to view .check out preceeding months posts to the arbitration decision.most posters were more positive than the majority here. Arbitrators take sovereign states more seriously than de listed insolvent ex aim companies unfortunately. Heres hoping for a speedy end to this one way or another. Another year of hearing that its normal to not hear a dickie bird from your company or that this is all a great masterplan will be very wearing .

Next couple of months is his favourite time .just moved out of my top up range ,lets hope it carries on up.hny

Gold Looking very strong.gonna be adding some more producers and maybe a few more here .there should be another leg up for producers imo and more m and a .best to be spread out amongst them imo.Thinking of adding rsg in the red pf .any thoughts anybody.

Over a year ago it was $60m,later it was $150 m .didnt happen so I treat every mention of cash with caution.I am not convinced the arbitration is almost sorted and in a positive way for us. We still have a pulse a year later so there is still hope .I do not think we have probably heard the last of the asset transfer either personally but I will be very happy if this becomes the first de listed share to come good in my experience.of course it is possible that zaza and the georgians are cooking up a new company with the georgians taking a much bigger slice,just remains to be seen if we will be part of that company. Having no contact at all with frr shareholder group is not too promising to me and obviously mole is of this view.
Reading up on the area yesterday,the unemployment level of this area is very high ..I think it is very possible that workers have hung on as there is very little alternative employment prospects.
We wait as ever, cheers for all facts posted by various posters ie court papers.personally,I darnt dream of a happy ending but very happy to change my stance with some real evidence .

So,everything is a carefully constructed plan to buy time.frr buy time in the arbitration by not having representation.shortly afterwards our workforce goes on strike because promises have not been forthcoming .odd plan .cannot imagine non payment of workers and strikes puts frr in the driving seat in an arbitration situation where the georgians claim frr hasnt delivered.
I think that too many assumptions are made and then accepted as fact here.we have no confirmation that ya have been paid.in fact we have no confirmation of anything except second hand translated claims attributed to zaza that the arbitration is almost sorted.the georgians state ,even to discuss the arbitration could constitute breach of contract.we also have a report that he claimed frr to have decided to delist which completely contradicts what we were told a year ago.
A year ago the posters making the assumptions now were convinced we were going to get an out of court settlement in January.
It will be great if next year brings a change of fortune.had a little bit of good fortune this holiday so hope my luck continues .not holding my breath but anything is still possible.

Ttime will tell on the masterplan.I think if you check posts from dec beginining jan,the posters now saying its close to being sorted were predicting an ooc settlement for january so its all guesswork . I suspect we are a way off finding out our fate yet.

El,I think a toll deal is very important.without it I think no matter how well aligned mc is with shareholders considerable dilution ,even for the small mine will be unavoidable. Even a 20 per cent equity on $40 m would $8 m .at circa 20 p thats an awful lot more shares.But to get into production it may well have to be unless the sp has a large increase ,which I am doubtful of. This is where a toll deal becomes very important .going to be much easier to raise affordable finance with an income stream and proof of profitability,so heres hoping it can be sorted .

El.I think 120 m shares even for the small mine is very hopeful.what percentage equity do we think will be required for small mine finance or full 120 k oz mine ? Nicaragua milling got 10 per cent of the company for 2 mill .the sp is a lot lower presently.
I think we are many years fom 150 k oz production.It sounds to me that we are aiming now at 40 -50 k oz .
Personally it wouldnt surprise me for there to be 120 m shares this time next year .Depending on whether or not there is a toll deal.

Barnard ,it has taken 10 years to prove up 2.4 and thats with the help of russian oz and raising cash at up to £1.60 per share so good luck with that one with an sp of 20 p . mc eyes up 3 m plus showing the potential for 5 m.
Aguila,I am bullish on gold too ,so is Beaty. He makes it clear in that video that he is not bullish about cnr which is worrying as he is a shareholder.He could easily have upped his stake here and would do on the cheap if he saw a big multibagger on the horizon.He is obviously disapointed with progress .He has disposed of alterra and a couple of £ m to get his holding on a similar level to mellon would be chicken feed.
I dont see a major re rating now until successful production and that is a way off yet and most likely the small mine scenario imo.A toll mining agreement would be very useful and maybe give a spike for the sub 20 pers to make a nice little profit. I will be as happy as anyone if we multibag but I am cautious .

Cf,thats how I read it originally,but it states on that presentation that offers have been sent out for 1000 hectares. Looks to me that we need another 1000 but I could be wrong . If it is 1000 and we have 350 of the total it really should state that in the presentation.

I note the presentation states offers have been made for 1000 hectares.that infers 1000 hectares are required.In a recent interview mc stated we need 1000 hectares.we have 350 already.does this mean we need 1350 in total? I assumed at the time that meant 1000 hectares minus the 350 but not sure now.
The april 2018 stated that that we needed 600 hectares, offers were made to all landowners in 2017 and by april 2018 30 per cent had accepted on a 10 per cent retainer for two years.we already had 150 hectares .30 per cent of 600 hectares is 180 plus 150 is 330.close to the 350 hectares.

El.from memory about 45 p first buy downwards.would imagine around 30 p av. Bit hard saying mc is particularly not well thought of in the uk.I have thought for a while that not increasing his holding was not a great show of confidence going forward.his holdings in dalradian and galantas were quitea lot higher percentage.galantas has been more of a bomber for him than cnr.Should imagine he might stay clear of aim listed companies in future.
This is small beer for him and he has geared up his own companies since buying here but not a glowing ref for a holding.grr bloody deramper trying to buy in cheaper lol.

Is there a particular relevance to cnr in this kremlin news release in your opinion ?
