The mortgage details allow for the personal guarantees to settle the interest payments if frr dont cover ,whether by shares ,cash or a combination equal to the interest ammount. Has to equal the interest amount. Cheers

Pyro,One of the things that gave me the heebie jeebies before the dec hearing was rainbow riders over the top posts that I took to be a paid ramper while the frr shares were being offloaded.
No I dont short but if I had I would be in acapulco enjoying the profits instead of participating in this zoo in the slight chance that I may not have wasted my cash.I am philosophical with losses on shares as you have to ballance it out against profits elsewhere over time .( obviously not if you invest in only one speculative share).it is a bit painful for me having 2 mess ups spoiling christmas in 3 years but thats life.
If this comes good I will stand the bill happily. No streets where I live but I do hit cardiff fairly regularly

Progidy,in response to your fairly offensive post yesterday. nov 8 in respone to tsbs questioning the arbitration,ziggy responded that it was in dti court docs. Reason for arbitration adjournment was we did not have representation. i am not mixing that up and they are not my words.perhaps someone can re post the relevant part of the court docs that refers to the arbitration
There are many posters here that continually confuse the various court cases.if I have misinterpreted the phrase we did not have representation then that would hardly be too surprising nor in my view deserving of your personal comments
I understand people like to develop hate figures to hide the fact that they actually may have done something real stoopid possibly and get rid of frustration .time will tell if you are mega stoopid or not .I accept that on the ballance of probabilities I made a mistake not selling before the dec hearing.I had a reasonable ammount in here but only as part of various investments.I will be glad and very surprised to see the oocs and re list you and others predicted 11 months ago .

yes I have experienced arbitration with oxs too. the gg have given you a correct response. Zz Reported comments just like his christmas presents comments and we de listed deliberately I discount until they are proved true.call that half empty if you want .where is the ooc settlement in jan then feb and re list that many of the "longs " predicted 10 months ago? This was a blip in the road .

Progidy,of course the arbitration is confidential.however we know that the process has been delayed because frr have no counsel for whatever reason.I t would appear positive that georgian gvnt hasnt appropriated the asset but their claim pretty much is exactly that so more time to find that one out.What I do not understand is that apparently ,zz is reported as disclosing details of the arb.I thought he is sworn to secrecy yet he can say that almost everything is sorted even though the arbitration case is ongoing.Note your email doesnt intimate nearly everything is sorted .

Aguila ,have you revised your declaration that we are nearly there on land aquisitions ?
Also you intimated that calibre deal was unlikely to finalise not so long ago.
Personally I too think there is a fair chance of a toll deal.I am curious though to know if the land aquisition will have a bearing on this .

I suggest everybody should read it.pages 54 and 55 deal with the shares and earlier deals with transfer of assets etc.its all there and it reads exactly as star has stated.
Just read it ffs .they may have somehow transferred the asset against the terms of the mortgage but I would be surprised if any court would call it legal. Sn and zz have obviously been extremely obstructive to the liquidators so is taking an age to discover wtf has been going on but I would imagine the asset ownership will be surrounded in litigation unless the gg step in.

Sn has to respond.its not a positive or negative,although court cases instigated by frr have been failures so far so it is very hard to see how one instigated by hope is going to be more positive ,it will just hit sn personally in the pocket .

The rns I posted stated that offers were made to all landowners in 2017. 30 per cent had accepted by jan 2018 on a 10 per cent 2 year option.I dont think we are nearly there at all.
