If Frr are laughed out of court in caymans and us why do you think an arbitration system will be any different.Have Frr fulfilled their obligations to ggg ? My money is with the Georgians unfortunately.They have no chance of winning that.The best possible scenario is a compromise which will be more rewarding for the Georgians.
Maybe the Georgian gvnt are open to a deal with a super major but you can bet your bottom dollar they will extract much more out of it if indeed it is possible.cannot see a sale without the Georgians agreement and dropping arbitration .

There are a number of ex Oxus holders here.arbitration takes years.oxs has only just been completed through appeal and it didn't end well.I cannot see how a super major is going to buy a company that is tied up to its neck in litigation.

Anyways onward and upward,gold rising again,producers like Aaz Cey etc flying.would expect Cnr to start following ,particularly with news.9 months ago When you could buy Aaz ,Shg for 60-90 m I couldn't see the possibility of Cnr reaching the hopeful valuations of some but the more producers move the more scope for Cnr. Glad to be spread around in gold presently .once 80-120 k producers start getting snapped up the attention will focus further down.blue sky from here hopefully barring any politicals.

Toll deal next year I reckon.I don't think it's a bail out.It is a new team with a new approach but it could be good news for Cnr ,let's see.I would be happy to see Cnr merge with calibre.

hi Aguila.interesting half year ahead.calibre deal isn't due to finalise til October.has to be put to shareholders too so wouldn't expect the finance yet.Toll deal has to be on their agenda I would think.quick cash.depends on how long permits for Cnr and b2 take I guess.
Shouldn't forget that calibre also have 2.4 m oz that will probably enter the equation at some point as well as high grade drilling .

If cairn were lied to by frr then surely frr are ultimately culpable.on the other hand if cairn just fooked up then they would be first port of call.It is their responsibility to check an rns.hard to believe they wouldn't check the loan properly or frr . Maybe zz had his hand over the relevant section lol.

Star,cairn have obviously been negligent in their duty ,doesn't necessarily mean they were lied to.Directors including Hope failed in their director duties to correct the rns.Hope should have known the terms weren't correctly described.
Cairn resignation also came days after the Cayman judge didn't accept Frr court argument in Dec.
if cairn resigned because of Bb publication ,that infers they didn't read the court documents.
When kawalley rejected frr claims before Christmas , suspension was to be expected and after 6 months a de list would have happened.
Star ,could you be clear,have you completed a court action against cairn? I would be surprised for an action like that to be concluded so quickly or are you saying that you had an ooc settlement? Obviously have better legals than frr .If we were to follow your lead ,what kind of recommence can we expect? How would compensation be calculated?

There are a limited no of nomads that are getting smaller.I would be surprised to see one sign up with all present complications added to the fact that it is highly likely frr misled the last ones and are being sued for non payment of lawyers.frr would have to be very open about everything and I don't see much signs of that presently.The minute frr defaulted they were heading for suspension and delist after 6 months,irrespective of the nomad resignation.cannot see any relist until court cases are completed and the asset ownership is clear.tbh I dont see this coming back but would love to be wrong .
When is the agm baggage ?drop frr a line I am sure they would love to inform you .good luck with that one.

Dave,my goldies are listed here and all bar cnr are up significantly.over the last 6-9 months aaz has gone from sub 50 p to 130 p,shg 4-9 p.hum and cnr ,recovering from drops to 13 p and 75 p to 25p and 134 respectively.all producers taking immediate advantage of the gold price and all potential takeover targets imo.when the smaller producers get taken out I would imagine as nero says that attention will head towards the explorers.may depend on the length of the bull run.lets hope its a long one.
Cnr could easily double with some news and some.
