Nica is fairly isolated now.it is to be expected that they will look to their allies.the next election and what legths ortega murillo are prepared to go to prolong their family dynasty are possible problems .so the sooner some gold starts coming out of the ground the better imo.

El,deal hasnt been passed yet ,but b2 will be a very significant holder almost akin to a merger so talks may well still proceed with cnr but I doubt anything will be anounced til after calibre / b2 deal is finalised in oct.This calibre deal has been time in the making so there are still possibilities there imo but speculation .
It is good to see that extensions are agreed in reasonable time.I note the extension is for the purchase of land not the whole permit.lets hope everybody is selling.
I think we are most likely looking beyond this year for any income but lets hope for confirmation for early next year toll deal.meanwhile lets hope gold carries on its northwards movement.

With arsenal,thus far frr lawyers confirm no funding obstruction,our board neglected their duties in regard to informing us of the correct terms.This court case seems a waste of time to me and a convenient excuse to not update holders.There is no chance of an oocs in our favour in my opinion.
As arsenal says the default is the issue.the court case is just noise to coin a phrase.no news would appear to be good news. But news can come anytime and it might not be what we want .Its all murder in the dark until some one somewhere sings.
Lets hope there is a major backing.I would have expected particularly with all the question marks around frr future for bp to issue a denial if it was bull personally.

Frenchie,we are all different.its entirely your perogative to not mention if you buy or sell.most posters on these boards post when they have bought.In regard to mentioning other holdings.heres a funny one.my attention was drawn to bao,tym and hum by a poster here that used to post non stop bullet point posts and predictions of buyouts next year.dont remember him taking too much flak,even when bao collapsed and he disapeared without a trace.there you go we all have our gripes.

Nero,large investors are being looked after.due dilligence has to be ongoing.did your due dilligence infer a share price of 18 p ?
Cnr is a share holding not a wife.I have had shareholding failures along the way during 35 years investing.Thats why I am cautious.like anybody else I will make a call on when to buy,hold or sell.I sold the last of my sub 20 p shares a couple of weeks ago to top up in Arcm .will assess as we go along.certainly wont be selling out totally.will reduce or increase as I see fit.Hopefully with profits elsewhere. Ihaven't seen you say you have bought any shares in the last year and a half so imagine you probably have a fairly chubby average.time to average down mate.fill your boots before its too late.

But nero,We are not in a bear market now,gold price is doing well,goldies are on tHe rise so a historic low for raising cash is poor.agree until the last couple of years mc record of raising has been very good.unfortunately at a critical time for development it is not working right.of course we have to raise funds and will still have to raise more but it is crazy to not realise that heavy dilution dictates that many of the optimistic share price targets need revising .Because the development stage should be close I believe we will not move like an early stage explorer.Time will tell I guess.

Nero ,by my rough calcs in the two fundraises this year we have been diluted circa 40 p cent.and we still havnt got to a bfs or anywhere near a mine build.the large holders are now in a fairly low breakeven situation..I dont have a high average so not such a problem to me but for anyone with high averages big dilution for what is small beer is the last thing you should want to see.
It is in the companies interest to keep the sp as high as possible for cash raising,not let it drop as low as possible to get their averages down as low as possible.

Nero,I dont disagree that 15 per cent of the company being sold has pushed the price down but then another 27 per cent has been added recently with nice cheap warrants.Cnr needed the buying support while ii were selling ,not wait til it pushed the sp down to bargain basement prices ,then have nice cheap warrants to boot.the ifc has a member on the board.their shares could have gone directl to another holder helping to avoid this almost halving in sp while gold has surged.Then any placement could have been in the thirties and less severe dilution.

9 months ago we had a disagreement on here about tHe gold price being responsible for cnr low sp.I note both mc and calibre have pointed to political instability.cnr was 34 p then .the gold has risen considerably since then..I bought aaz sub 50p,cey sub £1 and shg under 5 p.all have done well to varying degrees .cnr has nearly halved.After being hammered hum are up considerably in the last 6 weeks.most here know that goldies have been doing well recently.cnr will move when concrete news on mine finance and toll deal is announced.It has not followed the gold price so far quite the opposite.
I will be happy to be wrong and have a much healthier account .

Of course small companies go into production.cnr unless bought wll go into production.the number of shares in circulation dictates the sp .luckily cnr raised at good prices earlier in the cycle.it is just unfortunate that at a critical point of development the sp is very unhelpful for equity raising.
I also think that real reward here is successful profitable production stage which imv is 4-5 years away.
The sp will stay low until it is made clear how cnr will fund production imo.that is not saying cnr cant or wont get there.yes also unpalatable decisions have to be taken to progress sometimes.
