Munchen,Best not to make any assumptions Imo,after all you predicted the permit arrival 6 weeks or so ago.generally everything takes much longer than Bb guesstimates.A lot of cheap shares have been there for the taking over the past 6 months .seems a bit silly to ignore distressed selling opportunities only to buy when sellers have cleared to me.Not saying it's not a possibility but raising expectations generally leads to negativity later if it turns out to be misfounded expectation
