Is coming .all my power tools are battery powered now.I have a battery chainsaw and a pro two stroke.hardly use the husky now unless it is big stuff.solar panels so charging usually free.will want an electric car when they get cheap enough.batteries currently the issue .Not large enough range and expensive.leasing ,around £90 a month but the technology is moving on.

There is not a very long timescale until the mine should start construction so a positive plan must be cemented soon.still no mention of bfs yet.There will have to be a large cash raise before year end imo,so I am hoping a toll deal is anounced soon giving a good lift to the share price before any raise.
Your example gives a 20 percent equity level so in cnr case,that would be $26m of a $130m build.more than our present m cap of circa £15 m.

Bez,I Have mentioned sanctions ages ago but not of interest here.we have seen a rise in taxation and with Nicaragua economy looking at a bigger contraction and borrowing restricted more is likely imo.I am doubtful of washington based ifc funding mine amidst increasing us sanctions.Any us funding may be affected. Time will tell how much this may affect us,but not to be ignored imo
ortega will get more desperate for funds as the year goes on.Hopefully that means more concessions and further negotiations with the alliance.Eu will most likely bring in sanctions if negotiations fail .I suspect the vat for imported materials may be looked at but as mc has stated Nica tax concessions are extremely generous to investing companies compared with some jurisdictions .Best not think about your eminas scenario right now but anything is possible,thats why its high risk hopefully high reward.

Simms,aaz have spent £4 m on exploration from revenues the past year ,production is rising year on year and and paying out 25 per cent on dividends.They are expanding their resource ,but most importantly successfully getting gold out of the ground.obviously cnr has better grades .They are at different stages .cnr has potential to be big ,but we need the important funding /jv to realise it.important 6 months.I am pretty comfortable from present levels. Clearance on the funding is needed before a share issue by year end imo unless something else is bubbling with b2.It makes sense.

Nail on the head,when producing 120 k oz. 3 years minimum yet.10 bagger for sure on the mcap.all depends on the level of dilution between now and then for the sp.

Munch,aaz are producing 80 k ozs with aisc costs $543 oz ,with a m cap of £89 m .dyor,but a bit better!
Obviously you cannot compare them as aaz are profitably producing gold .

Interesting to see what happens here over the next 10 months with bfs ,toll deal and funding for mine build.I am in all 3 .

We have a deadline to start the mine build in 10 months time.until there is clarity in the funding of this and the level of dilution the sp is likely to remain in the doldrums. If we end up with double the number of shares in a years time ,then todays sp is the new 40p.A good toll agreement is very desireable.I would be very surprised if there is a buyout before the mine build commences.maybe a joint venture is possible.
looking at aaz,shg or hum I dont see an appreciation in their sp until production and in hums case not even then.
I think bigger proven ounces will be the selling point eventually when cnr shows 200 k ozs plus p year.
i too think there is a good likelyhood of recession / gold bull run so things can change.I have bought producers too to hopefully cash in.
Personally if a toll agreement is anounced and a spike happens to mid 30s I will be offloading half and see what happens.gla

Best to avoid guessing timelines imo because they tend to become expectations and if they are incorrect people start getting despondent.you seem to swing with the wind from total optimist to total pesimist.They will come when they come.obviously the sooner the better .meantime hopefully the s p has bottomed out and getting ready for moves north.a lot of positive possibilities to come hopefully but a mine to build in 10 months.

Tester,interesting times.I have said for quite a while that I cannot see a reason b2 would not consider a deal of some sort.while cnr have been proving up their asset and watching their m cap shrink b2 have become a mid tier producer.
Maybe there is a joint venture with b2 supplying the plant possible.
The only issue I see is that it is 10 months before mine build has to commence,any deal with b2 needs to happen fairly soon otherwise an alternative ,ie original plan to source and import plant needs to be worked on.mc states that they have a number of scenarios running concurrently so will be making contingencies I imagine.
Gotta be a buy at 18 p.cannot be much more selling surely.
