In the email than the rns.the rns mentions the b2 plants or other similar plants for toll.also sounds more like the tests are being carried out for cnr .in the email it reads that the tests are at b2 behest.interesting that mc mentions the possibility of purchasing the plant.cannot imagine him casually mentioning it publicly without having had some form of discussion.a good time to be buying .intereting few months Ahead .this could go a few different ways I reckon but unlikely to go much further south.

Awax,it does seem amazing that a stake hasnt been taken by a producer at these levels with large amounts of shares on offer.Not re assuring really.10 p cent could have been purchased very cheaply.

Simms,Beaty didnt take part in the recent placing.melon did take part in the £1.60 placing though.

Re,yes in a nutshell.10 months to get everything sorted for mine build ,presently close to an all time low.Positive news on toll deal ,jv and funding and a re rate should be seen.The longer we are in no mans land the more painful it is likely to be.one would hope there will be clarity by the 16th may.I note kate Harcourt is up for re election so I would assume that ifc are planning on sticking around.

Munch,I said could.add 100 m to the current 74 and possibly warrants and you are not too far off.Hopefully the sp will rise and less are issued.They are however seeking to double the ammount currently allowed.anyhow,it has always been a given that a large placing would be needed to go to production.Nobody in their right mind would fund everything without the company showing cash.It is just unfortunate that when gold is looking good cnr sp is at a low.However many of our peers have carried out placings of this order just to keep the lights on over the last 8 years.highlighting the worst case scenario is just that and not a forcast .we have cash till nov imo so some time for good news hopefully to lift the sp .fingers crossed.

Simms,18.5 for me too.Yes,the big placing.10 months before the mine build is due to start.we have a bfs to fund and complete and then finance the build.we really need some good news and as you say an sp in the forties at least.Trouble is a lot of investors will be hanging back to see that the funding can be raised before investing I would imagine.catch 22.

Wg,permission to speak.agreed the political situation is beyond cnr control.However being as aware of the situation as you can be helps to make a sensible investment decision,So I am mulling over whether to buy today and get my average below 24p or whether the sp has more to sink.of course posting we will be sold for many multiples this time next year goes down well on the bb but it really hasnt got anybody anywhere except under water over the years has it!

Simms,all political prisoners havnt been released.some have been released and are under house arrest.ortega is trying to trade with them.the eu who are working on the talks are threatening sanctions.the civic coalition demand all prisoners are released imediately.The curch refused to take part.the last I saw was that a 90 day figure was hoped for.There have been small scale protests recently for the first time since their banning.100 protestors were recently arrested but released later.nicaraguas economy is still regressing.The politics is entering the next phase. Nicaragua will need to raise more cash.presently Taiwan is the only source open.every chance of further taxation rises .as I have said before the 0 vat may well be adressed imo.

This is primarilly aimed at getting ifc to end its involvement.so yes selling holding and not financing.what should be borne in mind is that the world bank is based in washington and the us is presently putting sanctions on Nicaragua.The ifc may not take any action .last time I checked ,the sum of us petition was on 120 k.The allegations of intimidation by police sound credible.lets be honest the videos of heavily armed security and police at the pc do look intimidating.more intimidating than some unarmed shouty villagers.This was during one of the worst periods for police and paramilitary abuse.They have sold shares since for whatever reason.

Re I hear what u are saying and it is a possibility.It was obvious that cnr would have to do a large fundraise because mc has stated that mine build would be a mixture of debt and raised equity.with the share price so low it was bound to mean heavy dilution.I see no reason why pi shouldnt be given the opportunity to buy,but it rarely happens on aim.Even with £20 m that still leaves £100 to raise via borrowing.obviously the board are having to guess what price they will be able to raise at.The last thing cnr need is distressed sellers. We need the sells cleared asap and some positive news to get the sp up significantly from here.
Hi jt.reckon we probably close to bottom maybe hit 18 p again.gotta be worth a last punt.Likely to have to wait till successful production for real sp action,as long as the gold price hasnt bombed by then.

Agreed,its not a given that all the allotment will be used.However,if issued at todays sp we would need to double our m cap to maintain the current sp.Thats do able because our financial future will be clear.However our mcap would need to quadruple for the sp to reach 40 p. We have funds til nov imo without outstanding warrants so lets hope for some serious sp movements before any capital raising.perhaps pi's will get a chance this time.Be nice to have some cheap options to bank later too.
