Mc has stated that the finance will be a mixture of equity and debt.£20 m is £5 m more than the present m cap,more than doubling the number of shares at present level.lets hope the sp gets a significant lift once the big sellers depart and hopefully toll agreement confirmation.

Burning 200k a month so more cash needed around nov without toll mining or another inflow.a successful conclusion to the toll situation should be very helpful.still surprising we are not seeing a stake being taken while shares are being shed at these low prices.10-20 per cent is very cheap!the sp needs clarification of funding for bfs and mine build with less than a year before the mine build should start imo.with that disclosed I would expect a solid move north.meanwhile a top up if we go sub 20p .

Re,yes good news if adhered to.interested to see if the convicted are released too.lets hope there is a genuine positive move on the this front.It is likely going to be a long road .Disarming of the paramilitaries is the next stumbling block.

Roth,toll mining or no toll mining,we have to start a mine build in under a year,complete bfs and finance it.personally I doubt mc would mention toll mining unless it was very likely to progress.So I will wait for news to be negative on this.Obviously if it diesnt materialise then that will be seen negatively and likely hit the sp.

The us sanctions on nicaragua oil and banking and venezuela have obviously have spooked ortega.finally coming to the negotiating table having spent the last 6 months deconstructing media,free speech,the right to protest and performing kangaroo justice.This is the first protest since they were outlawed(except for gvnt sponsored support protests).In less than a month will be the anniversary of the protests.I expect opposition to ramp up for this.talks will not progress until all prisoners are released.
There is still the matter of no riot police or paramilitaries prosecuted for numerous murders.It is hard to imagine how there can be a negotiation when the opposition and human rights groups consider ortegamurillo to be directly responsible for acts against humanity.This is likely to roll on towards the next scheduled elections, right in the middle of the mine build imo.I think the earlier gold comes out of the ground the better.
How any of this affects toll agreement or mine build or cnr sp is anybodies guess but I note mc gave the politics as reason for the share price drop in the recent interview.
I think for both cnr and b2 the quicker they are getting profitable gold out of the ground the better because the medium term is anybodys guess so toll mining please asap.

Cambells.I am used to it from mr goals.it is personal.no probs.you were kopping it from him not too long ago.mr goals and a couple of others think they are the admin to this site .locked in syndrome.i was conversing with munch who appears to have an open interest in making investments in similar companies.I have picked up some good info from an old timer from here ,shareminator who was driven off here about 6 months ago.if mr goals had bought shg when I mentioned them he could have made himself 40 per cent in a week.some people cant see the wood for the trees and take out their frustrations on others.wont make an atom of difference to our investments.

Reckon you got a pretty good synopsis on shg bb.another ii bought 12 pc and still adding by the look of it.I bought aaz in the forties and expect shg to follow the same trajectory.In fact they already have.sub 5 p to over 7 p in a week.Their mcap now is about £46 m and producing 80 koz pa.fair way to go yet I would say.of course shg may be just in its spike now.as with most of these aim explorer/ producers when to buy and when to sell is the critical factor.ltholding rarely is rewarded unfortunately.Good luck and dyor

Tester,yep reckon you dreaming about a divi out of that.However mc states it is proof of concept,so together with the cash being very useful for bfs ,drilling ,wc etc it should make raising finance or jv easier.I think early production has to make a difference to the sp.It doesnt take a genius to work out that the recent placing is just a stop gap for funding.If working capital and bfs is taken care of it must make a big difference.
I would be pleased to see Beaty buying but since he didnt buyin the recent placing, not banking on that.My guess is $250 -300 per ounce profit.total guess!

Munch,my guess is,two years is a longtime and it maybe that two plants may be needed for that time scale depending on b2s (assumption) plans for their plants.That is a guess .I havnt heard anything in the interviews to intimate two mills at once but it is possible.you have to bear in mind that b2 will be hoping to bring their own mines up to speed in that timescale so it could be that further down the line two plants may be needed.all will become clearer with confirmation.

Munch,mc says 2-2.5 years til production.so I am erring on the side of caution and sticking with three years till income.the stated time for construction is 18 months - 2 years.There is no bfs or news of funding for this or mine build.it is very unlikely the mine build will start this year imo .
Condor forever,with you on the dilution at basement levels.the toll agreement makes sense for both companies as far as I can see .The sooner an agreement is reached the better,I think the last raise will struggle to see the year out so some income would be very helpful.we will want cash to tide us over for 2 plus years.I expect it to give the sp a lift but obviously if it doesnt happen it is likely to hit the sp further.I would be surprised if a deal isnt agreed though.

Re,Yes,confirmation of stated aims in the past couple of interviews.so permits applied for.mc has stated raising from 80 k to 120k for ages.means we will be looking for 130 m for mine development.the economics are much better for 120 k oz for production,sale,or joint venture and getting closer to that magic 200 k pa.
had a small punt in shg today.producing 80 k ozs m cap under £40 m.liking producers while gold on the up.
Would imagine these permits will be much quicker.no pc and nica gvnt needing funds big time .
