Tester,I think that since the mine should start construction in a year with local jobs it may not be too much of an issue hopefully.I would imagine it will take a fair while to get any toll mining operation up and running if agreed.yes it should make mine financing easier you would think.still have imminent funding for bfs to deal with.
I really do not see why if the grades are as expected ,why b2 wouldn't want to do a full deal with cnr.
The further to production and the more ounces the nearer to equinoxs criteria too.they are looking for 200 oz per year.

Consolidations generally arnt great for sp in the short term because on aim more often than not it is just to allow yet more death spiral financing.there may also be a price at which the share has to be above for listing.tw mate mr bell is a master of that one .99 percent shareholder loss,100/1 start all over again.
Cnr where I am a holder consolidated to have a healthy sp for canadian market.their sp halved just after consolidation the recovered fairly sharpish.
Probably is best done while de listed imo .

On the toll mining.mc has never been one to overstate .I reckon funding is needed in the next month or two.once it is clear how we will fund a bfs and further work Hopefully we will move north.talk of when we are building the mine is premature when we havnt heard about funding for bfs.we are 3 years at least away from full production imo without any issues.toll mining would be very advantageous ,lets get some gold out asap.

I mentioned jms.they did a share buy back which some called a dividend.it gives cash back to holders like a dividend but reduces the number of shares in circulation.one important thing is it gives a valuation of the shares while de listed.of course the company needs to be making profits to do this.but jms established the re listing price by consecutive buy backs at 40c per share.their de listing price was 7c per share if my memory serves.
How long before re listing is debateable.may depend on if frr needed to tap holders again.Hopefully if all the possibles join up that will not be required.
Lets get the court case sorted .If that ends with a positive outcome I think we could be good.

I gave jupiter mines as an example of a company that re listed.although on asx ,there are some relevances for frr.they delisted voluntarily because the share price was being decimated and not reflecting fair value.They raised capital to develop their project so would not need to tap share holders.They developed their project to profitable level then paid what some called a dividend but was a share buy back .similar to a dividend but establishing a share price value while de listed.after a couple of dividend share buybacks of 40c they relisted at the share buy back price.they suspended at 7c and re listed at 40 c .that is what I would hope for if all the ducks do line up.so de listing protected the share holders.I find it extremely unlikely that frr didnt see the nomad issue coming and this is a similar situation where market manipulation is taken out of the equation and that it leaves frr free to get on with its business.that is if the loan is guaranteed and the court case ends positively.Tw knows this because rrr are holders of jms(their only useful asset).rrr one of the biggest destroyer of shareholder funds on aim and a mate of tw who never seems to get the warranted sheriff treatment.lets wait and see how it pans out.

Agree reg.I fit into the category of get rich quick lol.not over exposed,bought in two years ago in high .20s.have traded a couple of times on spikes.re bought increasing my holding.I am generally sceptical of rampy posters so bought in acceping it was high risk high reward.was close to selling in the week of the court case.I take oownership of that mistake.I dont think being static in aim shares is a good idea,best to monetize gains.I timed it wrong.
I dont see much has changed since 24 dec.we still wait for the outcome of the case.If bp and funding are there waiting then Frr may still reward later.I note BP still have not refuted the link.I am writing it off but havnt given up hope.let them get the court case finished.
There are questions that need answering but in the midst of a massive court battle is not likely to be the time to get much in the way of answers.
