Well munchy that must be the quickest u turn on thiss bb.you just timed your buys wrong mate.get over it.now looks like a good time to start buying.25 p-30p is 20 per cent increase.that could happen in a day.amazing how peoples views change because of a quick drop in sp.if you bought in the 30s nothing changed exept you have a chance to break even lower.
Aim isnt a great respector of lth in general.It is wise to bank some profit when available and buy on dips.
I am positive for the short term future.the long term is less predictable imo.I have said for a number of years that £1 is not a bad target price and stick with it.I compare cnr to aaz,hum or even centamin by m cap.aaz and hum are producing roughly the amount of gold that cnr will aim for.their mcaps are about 80 and 100 m I think,so 4 x 5 times our mcap.but they are producing,not 3 years away from production.although there is probably room for good rises in these shares if gold price carries on rising.
The toll mining news is what I would like to see !that would be a very positive developement .the sooner gold is coming out of the ground the better.we all have our own strategies,mine is buy cheap and de risk asap.so 20 p fine for me.gla

Makes sense.it does seem that the injunction is now dependent on the outcome of the fiduciary case which if the case is what we would want to see.

.I suspect frr were probably going to be suspended without cairn resigning .If a nomad is anounced I cannot imagine the suspension being lifted until there is clarity of frr position,so one would assume good news in that scenario.A positive to me is there has been no rebuttal from bp still .

Cheers I blame.sounds right.the last hearing was alloted a half day.this one less than a whole day.This is likely to be the hearing that could lead to an ooc scenario.otherwise a fairly legthy process may ensue imo.heres hoping for good result .

Oopsi,I have been reading it over and over to get a complete reading of it.I know what you mean.as is often the case with rns ,it is not clear .to me the wording is odd.it doesnt say the next appeal but ,the rns was in relation to the injunction case.it says frr intend to appeal so hadnt at that point.but we have no listing so far for the appeal so it is fair to assume that the injunction is in place till 17.of course it may be extended if a later court sitting is required.the court saw grounds to re apply the injunction and the rns doesnt state that it is on the grounds of appeal.it is an easy assumption though.it would infer that the injunction is linked to the fiduciary ,damages claim though.so you could assume that a determination on that would precede lifting theninjuction,otherwise why re apply it.

i note in your link it mentions that extensions are posible .I believe the same in regard to the one month period are possible too.

Pop.yes that's my understanding 6 months suspension is allowed .obviously we still have the issue of the nomad to be anounced in the next couple of weeks.
Oxs gold had 2 perods of suspension.the last in 2015 ended with suspension ,nomad resignation,administrators after the failure of an arbitration case.however they had a period of close to 6 months suspended and returned.cannot remember exactly when but around 2011 possibly.their shares returned to trade for a number of years.their first suspension was a fairly common one of failing to file accounts on time.delisted 3 years ago,they are still in the hands of administrators awaiting an appeal this year.insight into arbitrations and the law.that arbitration by the time the appeal is heard will have taken about 9 years in total I believe from memory.their bb is still up.

Calibre Having the backing of a producer of 800k ozs backs up the project.i am gold has 4 producing mines .They are very similar to b2 gold..calibre may have one project but the real meat has multiple projects so less risk but I get your point.So why has cnr sp gone backwards.yes a re rate would appear due.
I note that neither calibre or b2 gold have reached the sp of april although they are closing towards it.Anyhow I hope to see cnr heading into the fifties on good news.I have re bought between 25-30 p and will add if funds allow if we drop any lower. Presently there is a good opportunity again for cheap shares.my caution is still politically for the longer term so news on near term toll production would be very welcome.

Zen,I read it slightly differently.well frr got the injunction if you read the rns 22 nov it states hope applies for the injunction to be discharged.a hearing will be in dec.also in the rns it doesnt doesn't state that the injunction is in place pending appeal.the wording is odd.but it does say the injunction is applied until the next hearing,which I would say is now this week.the appeal is in the appeal court and in the rns it states frr intend to appeal.

Zen,if you check the rns ,you will find it says hope applying for the injunction to be discharged.to be heard in december.That is what happened on dec 18 as well as hope getting extra time to file his defence for the damages case.frr intend to appeal in the apeal courts.the next hearing is the grand court which must be for the damages.like many here,I expect it to be a start of further court proceedings unless ooc happens.imperative that the injunction continues as it was re applied until the next hearing. My reading anyhow.

Fb group.oxus gold were suspended 23 dec 2015 after a failed arbitration hearing.their board is still upwith recent posts.They are still in administration awaiting appeal late this year.

Paul,We right behind you.let us know when you find a nomad ready to do that job .better hurry as I dthink they will need longer than a couple of days to wrap it up.
