Too late for whingeing.mc has done a good job overall.For whatever reasons the market hasn't rewarded holders for many years.Cnr has progressed the project and still has holders that most aim explorers would die for.it has been a bad investment thus far since the original euphoria in 2010-12 .Thats life.up to you how you deal with it.I have traded to even the deal up.you could have done the same so have to shoulder some blame.
There is a lot of news to come and I hope to see us significantly higher by year end .common sense says ither buy now or sell.buying now reduces considerably your break even price.if you dont believe its worth it then best sell.
Like many I think a stregthening gold price should make a difference.However sometimes it is best to take a hit and move on.I decided to buy some producers to get direct benefit.cey paying good div and up 25 per cent.Took a chance when they were low,but have bought back here sub 30p.get lucky

If á nomad is anounced I would expect frr to remain suspended while their financial position is clarified.I suspect that was on the cards anyway.despite the frr tweet I find it unbelievable that the cairn situation wasn't forseen.They must have discussed the implications of the action in detail.if the reason is hope being compromised in the court proceedings ,perhaps as a witness surely they must have forseen this?

This is aim cp.cnr share price hasn't been reacting as you would expect for some time.Doesn't mean it wont have its day.gold appears to be heading north .However gold has appreciated by over $100 dollars per ounce over the last 4 to 5 months and cnr sp has tanked 30 per cent.something is holding it back? if gold keeps going I do expect a re rate.to what price who knows.I would say that b2gold should be looking at cnr as a prime joint v or takeover if they are confident of the political stability for the next 5 years .cnr m cap is considerably less than half of the cash spent,so a bargain .If they are not interested then why not.our assets would significantly improve their profitability within nicaragua.
The toll mining should in my opinion make significant difference.presently we are seeing the down side of large holders.buying sub 25 p makes good sense to me.further drops just makes it easier to make a profit In the near term imo.There is stil the matter of finance which I believe will have to be sorted in the next couple of months,which must hold the sp back until clear.
There have been significant political things going on in nica recently but mentioning the politics on this bb is taboo so I wont bother going there.Save to say any spikes I will start selling,the lower we go now the lower we go now the easier to make a profit later so happy to see 20 p personally.

Odr,if a nomad is anounced it has to be a big positive .They will have to asses all the implications and would not sign up if there is anything dubious.not like hiring a lawyer,they are answerable to the lse.so lets hope its all in hand.we will be waiting til 24 for any news I suspect.

Yes a nomad can be both nomad and broker.I thought ai saw that cairn were also joint brokers.not that unusual to be both.

Hotty,we know the timescale mate.How are you getting on with finding us a new nomad ?.as stated if frr are in constructive negotiations I believe an extension of one to two weeks is possible.Of course it is possible that a nomad will not want to sign up until there is clarity on the court case.after all there is rather a lot of due dilligence to do .arbitration and any implications of the court case/ cairn resignation.just have to wait and see .

I dont mean you could fortell everything but ,it is rare that court cases like this are ever quite as straightforward as we are led to believe.I was in oxs who lost an arbitration case and were suspended straight away after.their communications were poor,yet most on the bb were planning how to spend their winnings beforehand.There were a couple of us that sugested it wise to de risk on any spikes.I still lost a bit though.The ironic thing is I sold them years previously just prior to a suspension that they returned from to my surprise nearly 6 months later.But christmas is a bad time for it to happen when you are busy with everything else.so two suspensions over xmas in 3 years for me.hoping this one ends better.

App,agree,you constantly see I am not selling any I am in till the end posts.totally ridiculous.with aim you are silly if you dont at least trade some of your holding.I have only been in here about 1.5 years but have taken advantage of the spikes a couple of times.still locked in with a modest loss though.any profits I have made on aim have been short term.aim is not a great respector of lt holdings.anyone who invests large percentages of their pot in one share especially aim is just asking for trouble.I dont know how rr can say nobody saw this coming.I despise tw but nobody can say there were no warnings or warning signs.investors are motivated by greed so predictions of impending wealth is very seductive and more dangerous than predictions of caution.

So why have you just invested? you have only apparently been invested a few weeks.what were you expecting exactly?you should really know what exchanges we are listed on if you are buying large ammounts of shares.you should have a bit more patience for your share of 2019 .

Star ,think it always wise to be cautious with the law.agree it is not clear.as at that point frr hadn't lodged an appeal It would be a fair assumption that that the injunction isnt in place because of a possible appeal but has been directly linked to the fiduciaries.It appears to me that the case on the 18 th was hopes application for the injunction to be be discharged.the judge may well have simplified the process by granting that but "also "linking it directly to the fiduciary case.just a theory.

Yes,intend to appeal,the judge has re applied the injunction until the next hearing.that doesn't mean to me that the next hearing is about the injunction as that would be in the appeal court.The injunction is in place til this hearing re the damages.one assumes that if the judge re applied the injunction ,pending the hearing then he is likely to keep it in place until any further hearing which suggests to me that the fiduciary will either be dealt with first or both together.he re applied the injunction.the wording is odd.you would expect the need for appeal to be lodged for an injunction to be re applied.hope we would imagine has submitted his defence so I would imagine that needs to looked at and the next step whether next hearing or other will be arranged.if a further hearing is needed you would expect the injunction to be extended.the appeal court sits for 3 weeks 3 times a year so getting tight for that now in this window.
The word "also" makes me think that it is seperate from the appeal.otherwise why not say the judge re applied the injunction on grounds of appeal.badly worded.I think it reads that the injunction has to stay until the fiduciary claim is dealt with.jmo but been bugging me since 24 th.

Pat ,there is various possibilities .just have to see how it pans out.mc is very capable ceo with serious backing.we have just seen the down side of large holdings.painful when they want to sell out.Let's see what the next couple of releases bring and hope gold carries north.

The number of shares is immaterial.the m cap is the important figure.yes production will make a large difference more than x5 I would imagine,but we are a long way from actual production,if we look at aaz,it has taken them till proven production before the sp rose significantly.I bought aaz ,hum,and centamin some months ago.sold out of hum but aaz has virtually doubled and just starting to pay a dividend.centamin up over 20 per cent and paying a handsome dividend.
Anyhow best to have your portfolio spread.Then you can be more relaxed about your investment.but gold looking promising so lets look forward to a better year.I am looking towards 50 p as my target figure short / medium term anything else is a bonus.
