It is likely the next hearing will be months away .there may be an ooc settlement prior.if the next hearing is in april does this help frr?

The hearing was as a result of hope applying for dismissal of the injunction,which the judge has granted but re instated because of the appeal.until the hearing regarding damages.this will be listed in january but could be months away.so the injunction could well be in place for months imo.news regarding nomad is what I would like to see.I expect radio silence for a good while yet.

To me the rns reads that the injunction remains until the next hearing in the grand court,presumably in respect to the damages,since there is an appeal regarding the original judgements re injunction in the appeal court.the hearing will be listed in january for the grand court .may not be heard in January imo
They must have been seperate actions as 18th was the date for hope to submit his defence.so now they appear to be linked.imo
The 18th was listed as date for Hope to submit his defence.I havnt come across a date listed in rns for a date for the injunction hearing.just that it was expected in December and that it was Hopes application for it to be discharged.

Clearly nomads can also be broker to the same company.clearly their resignation was not in conjunction with the board.Suspension is usually requested by the company.The company will either come out of suspension retaining its advisor or usually the nomad resigns when the administrators are called in.so our situation is unusual.nomad is compromised it would seem.
Loss of nomad is a big problem.lets hope wh Ireland are lined up.its a lot of extra work on top of everything else going on.

The injunction is now in place til the next hearing which will be listed in january.That doesnt say the next hearing is january necesarily or do I read this incorrectly?just a date set during january.I find the wording in that rns a bit confusing.
Still my imediate concern is for another nomad to be confirmed.if that happens in the next week or so that will be a big plus.if wh ireland are a candidate then I would expect it to be fast.if we get to the second week in jan and no nomad then It will be worrying imo.

On 18 December 2018, the Grand Court held a hearing regarding injunction granted on 11 October 2018 and, on 21 December 2018, ordered that it should be discharged, however the Company is going to appeal that decision with the appeals court. The Grand Court also ordered that the injunction should remain in force until the next hearing, which is to be listed in January 2019.
Is the next hearing in january for the injunction or the damages case,or the appeal?it seems odd to me that since hope was supposed to enter a defence at the same time as the hearing and failed to do so ,why the injunction was ordered to be discharged and no extended als. in effect it has but by virtue of an appeal.were it not for the mention of appeal it could maybe be a procedural move.I am no legal eagle .some good possibilities coming to light today.personally I would like news on a new nomad asap.
