RE: CNR’s Future16 Jul 2019 21:30
Wg,agree there are a few options regarding funding.if we are looking at toll mining to fund bfs before production then we are a long ways from starting mine build.I dont agree that our large holders have much higher averages.I bet rb,mellon and the nic milling have an average way lower than yours and getting lower all the time.all have cheap warrants too.
what is your estimate for time scale for toll to provide income for bfs and then complete the bfs, because to me that sounds like a lot more than 7 months.you are also expecting to prove up 4-5 m ozs before mine build too..when do you expect that to happen and where will that funding come from ? I think I have heard mention of toll income funding drilling.
I think toll deal will happen but not expecting revenue before nov dec at the earliest imo.maybe thats how it will be a much slower route to mine build and hope we have a decent aproach whether it be jv or sale .
agreed the finance would likely be a mix but will include some equity and as we see these small placings are very heavy at these levels.recent 27 per cent dilution for 4 m.there is no way that $130 m could come from equity alone although calibre are using a massive dilution to fund b2 deal. Will be interesting to see what their sp is after this deal.they were valued less than cnr previously per ounce and mcap .
I expect that a toll deal is likely but I dont expect to see any revenue before new year personally.
I am sure mc isnt sitting on his hands so lets see what he comes up with.bound to be a few surprises along the way.
