I do have a very healthy diet and exercise a lot.
I also do intermittent fasting (only have a 6 hour window/day when I eat and occasional just one meal a day). I also limit carbs - this gets you ‘fat adapted’. I.e the body uses fat as an energy source not carbs. Eat a lot of green veg/salad, and fish couple of times/week - salmon/mackerel.
Also, I eat red meat and full fat products (like cheese/milk etc).
Also, don’t use vegetable oils - they are toxic for the body.
I can highly recommend Dr Eric Bergs youtube channel if you are interested in this type of thing. I know a lot of people aren’t, but health has always been something I’ve been interested in.
Intermittent fasting gets the body Into autophagy (well worth researching if you’re not aware and are interested in your health).
I also have been doing cold showers for about a year. Shocks the system but good for the immune system. Took a bit of time adjusting, but I only have warm showers now if I have muscle stiffness.
Always feel really alive after a cold shower lol.
Let’s hope the new variant is just very infectious and mild - could hopefully be the beginning of the end - just wonder if those in power want to lose their new grip on societies.
