The link to the researchgate pdf is very good. @Dai - This underlines the issue relating to statistics and how easy they can (are) manipulated to suit an agenda.

Read the paper guys - set aside some time and read it. Don’t just dismiss something because it goes against what you currently believe. Because, if the vaccines aren’t working (based on real data and not any spin/bias), then why would you continue to allow experimental vaccines to be injected into you?
We should all be allowed to make our own decisions - life is a risk after all. But forcing someone to inject something based on fear of losing their job, exclusion from society is heinous.

My target is also 10p end 2022. I'm probably a bit more cautious on the Y/E '21 target now though as there appears to be more IPO flipping than I expected. I can see Jan being a good time as the first plant goes live though.

Also, IMO, Robin seems to be focussed on the batteries and Alex on the mines - I don't know if that is the case, just perception.

When do you envisage the next leg up for TM1? My feeling is probably not much upside until the NY now, but they are doing a reasonable amount of PR. Also heard they are presenting to some Institutional Investors soon.

I couldn't agree more about stats. However, the total deaths cannot be manipulated. The recorded deaths are what they are.
What is open to adjustment is the classification of the death. For example, on another thread (which was the motivator to start this one) @Bladey gave a 1st hand account of how his aunt was classed as a Covid death when she clearly wasn't. This has happened so much.
Also, treating someone who has died within 28 days of a positive covid test as being a covid test is fraudulent. If companies were doing that with their financial figures they were be fined. However, it seems to be OK for the drug companies to do that with the covid vaccines. The whole thing stinks.

Again to be 100% - I am not disputing there has been a nasty virus. However UK mortatlity rate for last year is clearly not exceptional, only slightly elevated. But still less than every year prior to 2009!

I’m in TM1 (at IPO stage) too and agree it’s a good long-term hold. Plenty of news-flow there from now through next year.
Also took a kicking in HE1 and still hold my share at a big paper-loss. Looking forward to next season for them as I believe in the project. I accept the risk, but the upside is huge if/when they make the discovery.
ADV is a good play - once the B10 is proven this allows the other deals to be done. Q1 next year will be very good for the company (and us investors). All my opinion of course.

Shame there’s no more sellers.
I’d be tempted to add even more if this dropped a bit more.
I’ve made some gains on trading a couple of other stocks which I’d be tempted to cash in on and add here. Decisions, decisions eh! :)

Just view this as the opportunity to top-up if you have the funds.
Next week we’ll get the rig news I hope - then we can enjoy the ensuing 4-5 weeks until results.

I’ve been impresses as this hasn’t degenerated into the standard bun-fight which usually happens on this type of discussion. Bit of banter, but nothing serious IMO.

No-one is disputing that Covid exists nor is a nasty illness for some. But the UK gov stats don’t support the measures undertaken (the only important figure is total deaths - the Covid deaths have been proven to be, at best, slightly misleading). I, like many others, also don’t trust the MSM.
There was a youtube video I watched with Russell Brand last night (I’ve always found him quite irritating actually), but he explained how many hundreds of millions of $ the Gates foundation pumps journalism/news companies. Now, that won’t be to influence the news agenda will it?

Very interesting UK Government FOI Stats on death rates for the last 30 years.

Look at these and then try to balance the reaction (lockdowns etc.) to the facts. Every year before 2009 had higher Age Adjusted Mortality Rates. Every one. Yes, the rate is slightly higher from 2009 until now, but less then 10% for nearly all years.

How much damage done to mental health, kids education, missed clinical diagnosis, etc.?

I’ve just searched for him on the members page and there’s no results found.

So I found an old post by him on the ADV chat history, clicked on his name which loaded his members page. No post history even though his post count is 8,000+.
Maybe he’s deleted his account here - shame as he contributed a lot.

I get your point - yes, it is down from the high of 4.6, but, if you are taking a longer term view and not looking at a short term trade, then we are getting to the good period with the rig/spud about to happen. My average is under 3p, but I’ve been holding since May/June time and topping up along the way.
I know what it’s like to be sat on big losses - I have some other holdings like that and I’ve taken a longer-term view with them. By the end of the year we will be well above the previous high IMO.
