Nothing we can do about that. All we can do is base our decisions on fundamentals.
Personally, I never look at trade data as an indicator - charts yes, to get an indication of sentiment over time.

I don’t see this going much lower as you’d be expecting most holders to be for the spud/results now. It’s been in a fairly narrow range for quite some time now.

The reason is that when the trades get printed, they have 3 prices. Bid, Ask, Price Paid.
They don't know if this is a sale or a buy (yeah, I know, it shouldn't be that complicated as far as I can see).

Anyway, the bid/ask is 3.2/3.5. You paid 3.295 which is closest to 3.2, so it gets shown as a sell.

Welcome BTW. Good prospects and this will give you a good return over the next few years IMO. Many multiple returns I am hoping for especially if the news stream is as good as expected.

Agreed - I’m not concerned by the 2 weeks.
The only criticism which would be warranted IMO, would be if ADV/CVN were aware that delays were likely but chose to delay announcing. That is speculation and helps no-one, and actually, doesn’t alter the project dynamics.

In a few weeks, the rig will be there drilling. These delays will be forgotten.

It just gives us the chance to top-up if other investments pay-off :))

I do understand the frustration of the delays. I guess we split into 2 camps, those who shrug and say it's annoying but we view the delays as beyond the control of CVN/ADV and those who feel that the comms could be better.

I guess no-one is "right" - just a difference of perspective.

I did think there could be a drop lower as this is the 2nd delay of 2 weeks, but it appears that most holders are happy to be patient.

GLA - let's hope we get the rig before Christmas eh!

After the concerns about the rig delay, it seems that it’s had minimal impact to the market.

I would love to mate, but I think we’re in the same boat; no free funds. If any of my other shares go up, might be tempted to sell and add here. I’ll be keeping an eye on price/value and then decide.

The delays are irritating, but in reality, no more than background noise. The project fundamentals haven’t changed, nor have the overall prospects.

I get that the original estimated date was the end of October, but delays happen and these delays are 100% outside of the control of ADV. Not an issue IMO.

Just read that on HotCopper. That’s bad news. We’ll see this drift a bit lower now I expect.

My only issue with ST was that he seemed to over-emphasise the upside. I had no issue with him though, and yes, he did post some useful stuff.

But TanGiro - well, he was a mor*n IMO.

I thought that it had gone quieter on here recently (thankfully) .

Just clicked on an old post of TanGiro and all his post history is gone. Happened to another poster, Saint-tropez, who was a regular poster on here and also the ADV board. A few people viewed him as a ramper - if he was, he wasn’t as bad as Tangiro.

Hopefully this board becomes more balanced now.

Sometime the decisions seem to favour the established ‘big’ clubs. Maybe that’s because we ignore the ones in our favour??

Amin is right - it’s a subjective thing. I guess I meant people with say 1m+. Some have several million and I would expect these will be sticky shares. What’s important is that we’re all wanting the same.

Just need that rig news.

Nice one - we’re in the same ballpark holding. Looking forward to the next few weeks - just need to keep the patience.

There are 4 of us (that I know of) who have large holdings on here. Assuming we all plan to retain most of our holdings this should help drive the price up during spud you’d hope. Supply and demand.

Hope you’re right SI, but the volume still seems very low. Most of the trades are below 1000 shares and lots are below 100.
At least the SP seems to be trying to get back to 3p again. Small steps pin the right direction.
