So the statistics table on the RNS quotes the figures up to 31st Dec 2024... However in the RNS we also know the following:

"Following repayment of £53.6m of US private placement loan notes in January 2025, in March 2025, the Group issued £94.2m equivalent of US private placement loan notes across three tranches maturing between 2028 and 2030 with an average interest rate of 7.4%, to extend our funding maturity profile and underpin the Group's transformation strategy"

This RNS looks more smoke & mirrors to me tbh... I thought that was supposed to have been left behind with JL?

IMO far too many on here have read these results as being more positive than they truly are (when you read the whole RNS in detail and do the maths that is). This is not a good set of results.

Without Capita One sell off these results would have been terrible. With the Capita One sale it's kept the wheels turning. Yes some good contract renewals, yes some additional improvement in margin generation for some contracts but... there's still significant macroeconomic challenges and some divisions of the business are really dragging CPI downwards like a lead weight.

I fully expect AH to launch another fire sale here and when that news drops I'm sure some will say it shows the turnaround is working... the next set of results will show further revenue reduction too. There remains lots of risk here and no sight anytime soon of a return on investment.

Maybe AH has got this and in yrs to come will have achieved a turnaround... the question though is how many more years might that take? Also when might holders get a divi? - I think 3yrs possibly and by then CPI could be a mere minnow.

Can you explain how paying off £53.6m of debt, to then proceed with taking out £94.2m at 7.4% is a demonstration of debt financing being better than before?

The savage revenue drop for contact centres no doubt painful for CPI - AH also no doubt looking for any excuse for more asset fire sales, as they can help prop up the next set of results again...

Capita One last time - which asset comes next 😂

As I've flagged previously LTH's will be left holding more shares in an ever smaller business... locks in further revenue falls too. The story of declining revenues looks to still be a long way from being over yet!

I just can't get my head around why some LTH's & speculators view this as a turnaround stock with a strong buy rating... Much more pain to come IMO.

Since Capita One sale was a one trick pony (unless AH puts something else up for sale?🤷) then there will not be the same help arriving for the next set of results down the line.

VOD has been trading in 65-72p range for several months now... no change over there Aim 👍😎

Significantly smaller business CPI is today. Many yrs of revenue decline mean this once past heavyweight fast growing toddler has become a malnourished dickensian like teenager with rickets!

These results are symptomatic of 14yrs of Tory decay. Notably Pub Servs division revenues reported negative 0.9%...

Some divisions of CPI have booked terrible revenue trajectories and I don't believe the pain is yet over for CPI. The macroeconomic turbulence surely cannot be helping the business right now. I don't think the next TU and HY2025 results will provide any cause for celebrations...

Recovery for this stock still a long while yet down the road IMO.

I explored that by saying it was my extreme bottom end scenario (if the economy absolutely tanked) and said I thought it was highly unlikely for Adj. Revenue to end up being that low. After exploring I reiterated my £2.4bn forecast.

Aim I always said 9% was the max according to CPI's TU... majority of time I said 8-9%. Though sometimes admit for some of the time I just posted the highest fig of 9%...

My forecast was decent and stood test: which was of £2.4bn revenue for FY

👆firstly these are FY2024 results upto 31st Dec 2024... yet they appear to be stating things happening from Jan 25-Mar 25 🤔🤔 - that should surely have been reported in next TU? Or later on in H1...

Also that para basically says they paid off some debt and then took even more out 😂 (£53.6 paid off... £94.2 taken out and at quite a hefty rate too there!)...

Adjusted Revenue £2.4bn... literally in line with my forecast months ago which many on here ridiculed/berated me for saying.
