If Capita wanted to rebrand the name then why not just do so via an update on Companies House and some new branding? Because AdvT was previously named the the following:

CAPITA PPML LIMITED Between 29 Apr 2004 - 23 Jul 2008

and

CAPITA HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED 19 Mar 2004 - 29 Apr 2004

- they would not need to have wound it up to achieve that goal (also note this business had significantly overdue accounts, an asset of £1 and liabilities totally around £100k - exact figure difficult by the liquidators admission because of ongoing court case (which has now presumably settled because they had been waiting on that to resolve before they could finalise the liquidation).

Sorry but this is 100% fact... says it right there officially on Companies House documentation which is publicly available for all to see (unless you wish to to call it some kind of fake website peddling misinformation? 🤷)

Also says the liquidators expenses are being covered by another Group Company (therefore either Capita PLC? or one of it's LTD subsidiaries?) - so there's definitely costs associated with this winding up being booked on CPI's balance sheets.

Letter dated 5th July 2024 says AdvT has £1 of assets...

meanwhile liabilities £100k (transferred to another group company) - proof shared on the other thread.

Why omit what you said below for your original post? I still don;'t buy that CPI have won it because the language posted by another: "systems upgrade is being implemented by Capita Plc with Microsoft." - that just means CPI have a role in implementing the upgrade; an obligation any current provider would have to fulfil (i.e. to help the new winner of the contract with receiving the data into their new platform to go forwards)

Because it's ramping misinformation and I'm calling on the claimer to post their evidence! If they can supply something substantiated then they may have hope of receiving a credibility victory but if they can't then I'm calling them out as a spreader of misinformation.

Why not share your evidence? Where's an article stating Capita has won the contract beyond March 2025? Can you share one?

Theoldtrader - That's just prose which can mean CPI potentially has a support role to play with helping switch the system over to the business which is set to win the contract going forwards (i.e. post March 2025) - Also... pretty surprising Gas Safe would release such details when the market will be sensitive to the news... With no formal announcement I see this as misinformation and especially so given the odds of CPI winning it again look on paper to be very lowly indeed.

There's no news of big contracts won... just more coming to their end which have infinitesimally low odds of being renewed. I doubt CPI will be having another Christmas Party, 2024 likely the last one under the Crapita banner!.

I cannot find anything in the news saying the CPI contract for gas safe register has been recently renewed...

Looks like more ramper nonsense to me!
