Hi hopefulmast, I can confirm that I have been told by Iain that the management can't buy as they are in a closed period. This could be due to them being in discussions with Fosun regarding the new agreement. There could be other things happening that are not in the public domain that prevents them from buying.

I see, still good news as his buys more often than not do well. He must have hoovered up all the loose stock.

On Friday 4th Feb at around 15:50 a 173K buy followed by a 86K buy and then a few small buys after that. I tried to buy just before market close and could not buy any, not even £500 worth of shares.
Probably nothing and me reading too much into it, or has someone got wind of approval for BP101?

I asked the question as to are they likely to sign any licensing deals before the end of calendar year 2022. Olav replied yes and referred to deals. He was stuttering and didn't want to give too much away and Catherine steeped in. They also repeated that exosome licensing deals will extend the run way and they won't need to raise. That more or less confirms to me that they are expecting to sign at least one licensing deal before end of 2022.

Key points for me.

1. funded to late Q2 2023 and no intentions to raise at this price.
2. Expect announcement re Fosun supplemental payment terms deal before end of Q1
3. Expect to sign licensing deals for exosomes before end of calendar year 2022. Expect upfront payments which will extend run way further.
4. Fosun now starting to progress CTX with more ambition now, whereas too slow in the past.
5. I have had it confirmed from Iain in an email that management are in a closed period and can't buy shares at present.

The management are in a closed period, hence no buys.

The news today wasn't good and I can understand why some have sold. However I have added and the reason for that is that rene at the moment has a Mcap of £25M and has about $16M in cash. From that you can see the lowly valuation for the Exosomes and iPSC. Also with 7 Collaboration ongoing, one of them could quite easily sign a licensing deal for which they could get about £20M in upfront payments. Should that happen then I can see the share price back at £1 in a flash.

Hi scoredagainsteps, Rui is not a friend of mine he was one of the surgeons involved with EACTS21. I made a polite request to him to view our presentation and give feedback. He has not got back to me, so I am assuming he didn't find the time to watch our presentation. It was a long shot, but like they say if you don't ask you don't get.

I have asked Rui a cardiac surgeon based in Porto to attend our session at 08:42. It's a big ask, but if he does attend, I have asked him to provide feedback. If I get anything back from him I will post hear. It would be nice to get positive feedback from an independent surgeon.

Just wanted to highlight the caliber of individuals at RUA.

Geoffrey Berg was formerly a consultant heart surgeon at Golden Jubilee Hospital in Glasgow and was recognised as one of the leading surgeons.

John Ely spent 7 years at the FDA, where he was responsible for a team that approved cardiovascular devices, including heart valves.

If heart valve gets passed, five pound a share will be way too cheap. The company have said a value of £400-500 Million is reasonable for heart valve. Provided no more shares are issued that equates to a share price of more than £20 just for the heart valve. Having said that the heart valve has not even had design freeze yet, so could be a while.
I personally think once both grafts and patches are approved, we could be at £5 a share.
