The phase 3 trial currently ongoing is an open label trial and first patient was recruited in September. Therefore management will have seen results for the early patients and will know if we are meeting the end points or not. I was wondering if the management might take the opportunity to give an update on the trial at the analyst presentation.

The good news this time round is that as long as we have addressed the points raised in the CRL then we will gain approval. The FDA cannot look into everything again. I have had this confirmed. That is why I believe we will get approval well before September.

A licensing deal for UK/EU is the news I was referring to. I would like to think we will get a decent upfront payment, milestone payments based on sales targets and high teen royalties. An Rns confirming this before the analyst presentation would be perfect timing.

So an analyst presentation on the 26th April. Last week we saw an increase in volume of shares traded and a rise in the share price. I was wondering if some news had been leaked and with this presentation now announced, could we get news this coming week? All speculation on my part, but I won't be surprised if an Rns lands before the presentation.

Has news been leaked. I remember it rose a few day before the EU approval of MED3000 was announced. It was obvious that news had been leaked to a select few.

I already have 45% of my portfolio in Rene, never have I been so heavy in a stock before. Some will probably say I am mad, but I really do believe that Rene is very undervalued at the moment and will rise substantially from here. Iain in charge has also given me confidence in the company.

Can't even buy 5000 shares, NT at the moment.

Hope you are feeling much happier now. Looks like Rene has started the rise back to £1 for starters. Just need the Fosun deal out of the way so directors can buy, that will send a very positive signal to the market, especially if they make substantial purchases as I expect.

Bobby I think it's the deal with Fosun that the company is currently negotiating that's preventing the directors from buying. Once that deal is announced they should be able to buy. That announcement could come any day now.

Hope some of you bought after I tipped it the other day. It has risen since then and the 2 bits of news haven't even been released yet. News is imminent and could really take off then.

Hi Clralic, nothing to worry about, just people taking profit. If you remember the sp hit 50p not so long ago and therefore some people are up over 20% and are happy with that. I want a lot more than that, so I am holding for the long term. Well done to those that have banked some profit.

The licensing deal for Russia must be imminent as per the Rns. Not much stock about as keeps going NT.

Give it a chance, you have only been back in a few weeks. Let the closed period end and see the directors load up. I think your opinion will be vastly different then. Once the directors have bought we will get quite a bit of news flow.

As this is an open label trial and over 100 patients were recruited by the 20th December, I am expecting results in July.
What's caught my attention is that Lombard have been adding over the last few months, could they have been given a few hints to how the trial is progressing? Pure speculation on my part, but 27% is a massive holding.

Just for balance Justin reduced his holding after the CRL. He has said he will wait and probably add after approval granted.

Jonny, I am not expecting a large payment from Fosun, but it will help the cash balance. What is more important is that it will allow the directors to buy as the closed period will end. I am expecting the directors to buy big and I can see that causing a spike in the share price. I am very impressed with Iain and he has worked wonders with Redx and silence and I expect him to do the same with Rene.
