Polx have resubmitted as per the timeline I suggested. Now the question is do you hold or sell. If you look through my posts you will see that I said that the FDA had stated to the company that on re-submission it will take 2 to 6 months for approval. The company have said 6 months in todays Rns, but here is the interesting bit. When I queried this I was told that the company have gone for the worse case (6 months). They are planning for approval in 6 months but hoping it will happen much sooner. In other words under promise and over deliver, which I like.
So what I am trying to say is that most will be expecting approval in 6 months time, but I think it will happen sooner and once again catch a lot of people out, just like todays Rns did. Also if you remember I said the points raised in CRL were mainly about documentation and technical writing. So how long do you need to check that is correct and now the chances of approval are VERY high than the first time round. The share price hit over £1 last time round, so at the current price it is a bargain in my opinion.
