Its all in the open pal. It was only a matter of time before everyone realised how cheap this was. Expecting to generate revenues of about $16M and profit of about $8M this year and Mcap of £6M. Doesn't need a rocket scientist to work out how cheap this is. The above figures will be beaten as they do NOT include any large diamond finds and diamond prices are rocketing due to sanctions on Russia.

The next few weeks will be interesting, I am expecting interest in Polx to pick up as positions are taken before the re-submission Rns.

Yesterday the US announced a ban on Russian diamonds( Russia supplies about 25% of world diamonds), which will result in diamond prices rising further. Should be a very profitable year for BRD, with the ramp up in production and diamond prices hitting new highs.

Amati know a lot more than us PI's and I cannot see them selling now so close to the re-submission. If they were going to sell then they would have sold after the CRL, especially if they thought that Polx won't be able to address the points in the CRL. As I have mentioned before the CRL refers mainly to documentation and technical writing and Amati will know this.

Don't know for sure but I suspect the company will in the re-submission Rns suggest a review period of 6 months. I suppose the FDA will also say 6 months to cover themselves but the feedback I am getting is it could be a a lot sooner like a few months.

Guy's the information I post here is to help PI's like myself. It does not bother me one bit if you guy's believe me or not. You guy's don't know me so it's natural for you to be suspicious, which is fine. All I will say is judge me over time to see if I was right or wrong.
The company are likely to resubmit to the FDA either the last week in March or the first week in April. I can also confirm that the companies broker has advised against an update and suggested that an Rns of re-submission is preferred, hence the lack of updates from the company.

What a time to be starting production with gold price rocketing. Just need that Rns from Gal to confirm production has started.

So we $9.5 million in cash and cash equivalents held in UK, Irish and Australian banks. We only hold 125000 shares in Poly.
After that clarification from the company, I feel OVB has been harshly marked down because of the poly share price. Most our cash is in banks in safe jurisdictions.

Hi Phil, this a difficult time for most PI's as the majority of us are under water with our investments. All I will say is stick with what you feel comfortable with, no point in giving yourself sleepless nights. I do believe Rene will come good but it will take some time and that is why I have added more. I feel at this price the R/R is skewed to the upside.

Hi PJ if you look through my posting history you will see that I referred to that video a few weeks ago on here. It is abundantly clear that the CRL was a nonsense and only given to buy more time for the FDA. I can also confirm that the points raised in the CRL are straight forward for the company to address and are mainly about documentation and technical writing. My research is telling me that the re-submission will be this month.
Another important point to note is that we potentially could get approval after a few months as the FDA have stated it will take 2 to 6 months to approve. It is clear from the CLR that there is no issue with the equipment, so how long do they need to check that the documentation is correct this time round?
The above is all in my opinion based on my research and hence why I have bought heavily over the last month.

I am excited that Dr Randolph Corteling is re-joining Rene and I do think that we now have the management in place to deliver. Once the deal with Fosun is announced I won't be surprised if we see some director buys. Iain has confirmed that they are currently in a closed period.

Agree Dulyred that re-submission likely this month. Those selling are panicking due to the general market sentiment and not Polx related. I do believe those selling will be regretting it when they see the re-submission Rns this month. An important point to note is that on re-submission we will stand a very high chance of approval as we will have addressed all the points the FDA raised, so no reason for rejection now.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention Clivealive. Like yourself I have added substantially at this low price and suspect the news flow will begin soon. Even though I am considerably down on my investment I am in a way grateful for this opportunity as I would never have managed to purchase as many share as I have now. As they say be greedy when others a fearful.

Hi TopCatz, agree totally with what you have said. You may not be aware but 4D pharma raised debt last year and they are a few years away from generating revenues, therefore personally I do not see a problem if Stx wanted to raise debt.

Just picked the brains of Dr Martin hall of Hardman and he thinks that should the company need more cash then it's more likely that the company will raise debt than do a placing at this price. He is very comfortable with the Stx's ability to get accrufer on the large PBM formularies at a premium price.

Had a chat with Mario and he is a very down to earth and easy to talk to guy. The following were the main points:-

1. The recent money raised by exercising warrants is sufficient to see the company through to revenues. In the unlikely event further funds are required then likely to see more warrants exercised, not interested in a placing at this low SP.
2. Company on track for production end of Q1.
3. Very excited with what they are seeing on the exploration side, high gold grades and geology very similar to Dalradian Gold.
4. Very excited about starting production and then ramping up every year and also growing the resource by further drilling.

If you had bothered doing some research then maybe you wouldn't have had the need to ask that question. The company has 7 collaborations ongoing and that includes many pharma's including one global pharma. The expectation is that some of these will sign licensing deals. These deals will likely involve an upfront payment and milestone payments.
