The latest info I am hearing is that the company would have had to issue an Rns if they did not think they would complete all the issues the FDA had raised by the 30th Dec. Considering we are only a matter of weeks away, it is looking very good.
It looks like others have heard the same info judging by the rise we had yesterday. GLA

The fund is going to IPO in December and I can assure you destiny won't be doing a raise any time soon. If you don't believe me, then try speaking to Neil the CEO like I did and you will get your answer.

Hi Candid, if you look through the prospectus, they give an example of 3 companies they want to invest in. They do not name the 3 companies but give clues and it states that one company has 2 phase 3 ready drugs and state the Mcap of the company. The Mcap matches Dest's Mcap and you know the rest. I am as sure as one can be that they will be investing Dest.
They plant to raise £100 Million on IPO and if only £1 Million is invested in Dest it will cause a hugh spike in the share price.

Guy's this is a heads up to load up in Dest shares. I have found out that the Conviction Life Sciences Company (CLSC) is going to IPO in December. They intend to invest in undervalued Pharma companies. One of the companies they will invest in is Destiny. You can imagine even if they were to only invest say £1Million in Dest shares, what that will do to the share price. For that reason, I have built up a decent holding. You don't have to take my word for and suggest you look into it yourself. I will do my best to answer any questions.

I would be worried if he was stressed out and saying they won't be able to get the issues resolved within the deadline.

I prefer to see what Richard has to say. I can assure you Richard is very relaxed about it all and very confident that the issues raised by the FDA will be completed by Linde. The FDA would not be bending over backwards and offering regular meetings if they did not want to approve. They could have just rejected or issued another CRL.

Asat why will we need to raise? If the company signs a licensing deal, then we will more than likely receive an upfront payment, in addition to milestone payments and royalties. Should that be the case then the company does not need to raise. Also don't forget we are also hoping to out license our second drug next year which is also likely to involve an upfront payment. In that case the company won't need to raise for several years.

That ties in with what I posted yesterday, so the rumour appears to be spot on. Significant initial tranche completion is imminent. Good to get conformation.
