Agree Fortissimo, that was an excellent presentation today by the company. I have a substantial holding here and won’t be selling anytime soon. I am not concerned about a cheap takeover as it won’t happen, management won’t entertain it.

The company will be paying an interim dividend and a final dividend for 2026. This shows how confident they are that everything is running to plan. What a great start to the week.

Personally I can see dividends being restarted this year and going forward, I think management will use a combination of both debt and cash to bring other mines online. I don’t see any issues in them getting debt, especially considering the amount of fcf they will be throwing off. If I remember correctly there were rumours a while back that Aaz could list on the Azerbaijan market and raise cash that way.

Hi Fortissimo, agree with what you say. I have been holding Aaz for a long time and PR has never been their strong point. Like you I also think that we are likely to get further takeover approaches, but I can assure you we won’t get taken out on the cheap. The management have a substantial holding and I know quite a few PI’s also have large holdings and know exactly what Aaz is worth.

Aaz has now turned into a cash cow and just watch the fcf jump up starting with Q2 update. I am also expecting the management to start paying dividends again soon. Very exciting times ahead.

I have emailed Amir and asked if the company could provide an exploration update as we have not had one for sometime. I have also requested that it needs to be a separate Rns and not as part of the final results Rns. Fingers crossed we get one soon.

Excellent news that ball mill work completed in Q1 at Demirli, should see an improvement in production there in Q2 figures.

The flotation lane work at Gedabek online to be completed next week. This will allow the high grade gold and copper ore stored at site to be treated now. As a result I am expecting Q2 numbers to be much better than Q1.

The phase 2 trial is open label and management have said we will get regular updates. I am expecting an update a few weeks after the first patient has been treated, updating the market on safety.

You could be correct, it maybe the 30th April. I was guessing at next week as Amir said we would get an operational review Rns shortly. Either way its not long to find out how they are getting on. I'm hoping for some decent news on the exploration side of things.

The Q1 numbers are not bad when you consider the work ongoing to install an additional flotation lane at Gedabek and the ball mill out at Demirli due to the spindle. The work ongoing will no doubt have caused disruption and we are treating the lower grade ore at the moment. The company predicted completion by end of Q1, so this work is more or less complete.

I am expecting an operational review Rns next week as per my email discussion with Amir. I believe this will not only state that work is complete on the flotation lane but will also give us an update on the exploration activities ongoing.

So Q2 should be a bumper quarter as extra flotation lane will be up and running and more importantly, we will be treating the higher grade gold and copper ore.

I emailed Amir and asked why no update was provided on the work being done on the flotation lanes and the spindle in the ball mill. I have got a reply back saying the company will be issuing an operational review Rns shortly that will address my questions.

First patient was to be treated in Q1 but that has been delayed to Q2. The drop is due to the slight delay, which is no big deal really. I think first patient will be treated early May now.

Crtx are about to start a registration grade phase 2 trial this month for brain cancer, for which there is no current standard of care. Management have said they are fully funded for the first part of the trial that will treat 12 patients. The trial is an open label trial and management have said they will be providing regular updates. If the trial is a success then management expect to either sign a licensing deal with a major pharma or expect to get taken over. As they have been granted both the ILAP by the MHRA and ODD by the FDA which provide significant benefits to the buyer, then you expect a lot of interest from companies.

Market reaction has been pathetic. We are about to start a registration grade phase 2 trial for brain cancer this month for which there is no current standard of care. We have been granted ILAP by MHRA and ODD by FDA and we are valued at a lousy Mcap of £7M. Makes no sense, but it’s only a matter of time before the herd arrives.

Everything is falling into place, just like management expected. Hopefully the trial will be starting soon with news of first patient treated this month. Management have said they do not intend to go it alone and with both ILAP and ODD now secured, it will be much easier to attract partners. If they announce good safety and early signs of efficacy then this will be taken over.

Looks like Theodoros has bought in, after all his de ramping, he thinks it can hit £2 now.

What Tectonic forgot to mention either deliberately or he hasn’t done his research properly is that we have already been awarded the FDA ODD equivalent by the MHRA. That is a big positive and as I mentioned yesterday I have been in touch with management and they have stated that they have been told that there is a slight delay due to staff changes at the FDA. We submitted our application in late October and I think that if the FDA had any questions they would have been asked already, the fact they haven’t is very good news. Hopefully not long now.
