I can confirm that the only actions outstanding are those that Linde have to complete, which is very good news for us shareholders. The FDA carried out the inspection 4 weeks before the deadline and that did not leave enough time for Linde to address the FDA actions, hence the extension to the deadline. Linde should have no problems completing the actions, which should then result in approval. GLA.

As you know the company have stated cash runway is mid 2023, however I think it's more likely end of 2023, as there are no trials to pay for. Fosun are picking up wages of a few staff and the partners we have for exosomes are also paying us, so the burn rate is low. The company are planning on signing further deals and these deals are in addition to any Exosome licensing deals, which should extend the runway further. The company have no intentions of doing a placing especially at such a low price. These are my thoughts based on the research I have done.

Expecting an update on one of the Exosome collaborations soon. I hope the update involves of the two big boys that we have as partners. The hRPC data will be available for potential partners to view this month. Apparently quite a few companies had requested to be kept informed. Expect further buying of shares by Directors and staff, after news has been released.

A few buys coming in, Is Iain at it again?

From memory, I think Iain invested about £250K of his own money in buying silence therapeutics shares, so I am pretty confident he will invest a decent amount in Rene. He will need to get a move on as the closed period will kick in, in a few weeks, as we are due news on several fronts. I am expecting quite a few RNS's before the end of December.

Iain has only just started, just watch and see him load up. I won't be surprised if he purchases between 500K and a million shares. He will have to split them up into several trades.

I do not expect the results of the trial and FDA submission to be merged. I expect Fum to announce the results of the trial by end of this month and state whether they have met the primary and secondary end points of the trial. The European trial was for 3 months and this trial is for 6 months as the FDA want to see if the efficacy diminishes over a longer period. Fum are confident that it doesn't.

Total Q1 & Q2 revenues of $32M, I think $20M of that will be profit. Therefore expecting approx $40M profit for the full year. The current Mcap is £30M and that basis I would say very undervalued.

I am in agreement with you Clive that we have some very high caliber people at Rene now, hence why I have a large holding. However I am annoyed at the options grated and will be letting Iain know when I speak to him. The option price should have been higher and they should have been performance related. I would have liked to see that the options could only be exercised after at least one Exosome licensing deal had been signed.

NED - Barbara bought 127K shares and CFO - Catherine bought 50K shares so far. As per Iain's comments at the recent presentation, I am expecting a lot more buying by Directors and staff.

I think the 50K, 32K and 31K buys today could also be director buys.
