My thoughts after this mornings Rns. Cash runway into 2024, which is a start, but I would like to see the hRPC data package sold for a few million and last I heard was that quite a few companies were interested. A few million should come from the Fosun partnerships. That should extend runway into mid 2024. I should point out that Fosun are paying the wages of a few of our staff as part of the deal. Regarding the exosomes our costs are paid for by partners and with no trials running our cash burn should be much lower this year. That should give them plenty of time to prove up the data and sign at least one exosome deal this year. We just need to get one deal over the line with a decent upfront payment and that will be transformational for the company. I still hold all my shares and believe Iain will turn it around, he is not going anywhere until he has. GLA.

Wow, 200K buy just come through. It is definitely a buy as the ask at the time was 55p and they had to pay 59p.

Not surprised at the buying this morning with the announcement of the licensing deal for M3 imminent. I am expecting the following in Q1.
1. Licensing deal for M3
2. Sporcov updated
3. Completion of pre clinical work on XF-73 for USA government
4. Purchase of Dest shares by Life Sciences Fund.

Plenty of catalysts to come and expecting share price to be a lot higher.

Can't say too much, but I have added significantly over the last few days.

Rumours are that initial tranche of bond financing to complete in Jan. Was supposed to happen late December but got delayed and now Jan.

Firstly it is not the same, as an upfront payment is a payment of X amount into Dest's bank account. If the partner invests X amount at 50p per share then Dest have to issue X number of shares to the partner and the total shares in issue increases.
The reason I think the partner will invest and not pay an upfront payment is because the partner is not a major pharma and is only medium sized pharma and the market conditions are dire for pharma's so they will have the upper hand in discussions.

It's not a major pharma, it is a medium sized pharma, obviously much bigger than Dest.

I don't think we will get an upfront payment as part of the licensing deal for M3. I think we will get milestones and royalty payments and instead of an upfront payment, I think the partner will invest in Dest. I won't be surprised if the partner invests say $10 Million at 50p per share. The above are just my thoughts and I could be completely wrong.

Thanks Candid. That's what I have been saying, company C is Dest but certain people on here just can't see it.

Just had it confirmed that, as previously guided we will get an announcement this month regarding Chad/Cameroon. Also the schedule one Rns issued recently as per regulations needs to be issued 10 days prior to the submission of an admission document.
Company continues to progress plans for R3 East Early Production scheme in Niger.

Trying to get answers from the company. I have heard second hand so can't confirm yet if true, that company was trying to test the market regarding a raise and wanted to raise at a premium to what the share price was. The reason they were trying to raise is that some of the deals they were hoping to sign in Q4 have been delayed into 2023. the raise was pulled when they didn't get the price they wanted. Like I said this info is not from the company so not sure if true.

I can confirm that JW still holds Polx, however he did reduce is holding after the CRL.

Exactly Shandy, that's the point I was trying to make. Management will know by now and if they thought they will not meet the deadline they will have to issue an Rns. The fact that they haven't with only a few weeks left is very encouraging.

Go through my posting history on Polx and you will work it out. Also I was spot on when I stated that Polx would be resubmitting to the FDA by the 31st March 2022. I posted this info several months before that date and nobody believed me and you can see for yourself I was spot on.

The latest info I am hearing is that the company would have had to issue an Rns if they did not think they would complete all the issues the FDA had raised by the 30th Dec. Considering we are only a matter of weeks away, it is looking very good.
It looks like others have heard the same info judging by the rise we had yesterday. GLA
