This is what I suggested would happen.

Agree Phil and my thoughts are the same. It's mainly about the Exosomes now and can they deliver, if the answer is yes then we are in for some big rises and that is the reason I have added substantially in the 30's. Current Mcap is about £16M and we have about £14M in cash, so everything the companies owns is valued at £2M. Each Exosome licensing deal is likely to involve £20-30M in upfront payment plus milestones and royalties. The upfront payment is worth about 50p on the SP and that's for one licensing deal. So you can imagine what will happen if we sign 2 or 3 licensing deals.

Look at all those buy's, I wonder if the directors have started buying or is it just PI's so far.

Excellent presentation and Iain came across very well. Just some of the points that caught my attention.

1. 7 Exosome collaborations ongoing and expect that to increase. Very excited with what they are seeing and will be providing update when they can.
2. Fosun investing a lot of money to progress CTX. Looking to license in other areas.
3. Already in discussions regarding sale of hRPC data.
4. Directors and staff will be buying shares.
5. No intentions to do a placing in such a dire market, expect to extend cash runway by signing deals and sale of legacy assets.
6. Very happy with the team assembled and will be recruiting CEO soon. Looking at both internal and external.

I mentioned on here a few weeks ago that directors would be buying and I know many of you questioned that. Today Iain confirmed that a few directors and staff would be buying and couldn't until now as they were on the inside.

Has the buying started? Quite a few buys starting to appear.

With cash at £14.5M at year end, that should extend the runway to end of calendar year2023, not mid year. With no trials ongoing and all collaborations expenses paid for by partners, the cash burn should be low compared to previous years. I think management are being over cautious by saying mid year 2023. Hopefully if we can sign at least one exosome licensing deal and sale of legacy asset then that will extend runway even further.

Not sure about others but I didn't expect any large amounts in this deal. For me the important thing is that this deal has been announced and when the results are announced on Monday, the closed period ends. This then allows the directors to buy shares. I am hoping they buy a decent amount of shares which should have a bigger impact than todays news.

Chat on the ADVFN board suggesting that ratification done, so hopefully an Rns tomorrow to confirm.

Hi Agadem, I can confirm that the company will provide an update on both the CC acquisition and debt restructure when they announce the full year results. I had posted the email reply I received from the company on here, but that post has been removed for some reason. Also the good news is that they said the CC acquisition was on track to complete in June.

I hold both Polx and Rene, but for you to say Polx is undervalued and Rene is a punt shows your an idiot who hasn't got a clue. So if the FDA rejected polx again what would it be worth then? Polx is a binary bet they have nothing else, so in my opinion it is polx that is a punt. Rene on the other hand are not a binary bet and if you had done your research you would know that.

Hi Surprised, I can assure you I don't ramp shares, instead carry out extensive research and post my thoughts. Like all humans I don't always get it right. Just to give you an example I am invested in POLX and after my research I posted that the company would be resubmitting to the FDA towards the end of Q1. I got a lot of abuse from posters on that board who accused me of lying. The company resubmitted on the 31st of March and all the abusers went all quiet and not one had the decency to apologise. Feel free to check my posts for POLX.

I have done the same for Rene and posted my thoughts from the research I have done. Again folks on here had a go at me when I said directors would be buying when closed period ends. One common mistake people make is that they are not appreciating the fact that we have a new team running Rene now and they need to judge these guys on their performance. All I will say is give them time and then judge them.

To show my faith I have bought heavily in the 30's and I now have a very large holding in Rene. I am absolutely convinced that the share price will be much higher once the news flow starts. In fact I expect it to do what my other large holding has done. I tipped Savannah Energy (SAVE) at 8p and it is now at 35p and I expect Rene to have a similar rise over time. I expect SAVE to rise considerably from 35p.

Fair enough hopefulmast. I on the other hand think that we will see a substantial rise in the share price and fairly soon. I will not be surprised if the SP rises by around 50% over the next month or so. GLA

You will get that, I have no doubts about it, but only after Fosun deal is completed and closed period ends.

While things are quiet here. I tipped Rene as a buy a few weeks ago, those that bought, I hope you are enjoying the rise, it is up considerably since tipped. This is just the beginning with so much news flow due and directors will be buying once the Fosun deal is announced. GLA.

Rene presenting at ISCT today and on the 7th. If you read the Rns it says they can produce exosomes encompassing 4 areas of the brain. I think this is the first time they have said that, in the past just just mentioned brain. Shows the advancements they are making.

I believe this is just the start of a big rerate. So much news to come.

As I have mentioned previously that the directors are keen to buy shares at such a low share price, but can't as they are in a closed period, probably because of the ongoing Fosun discussions. In my opinion as soon as the Fosun deal is announced I can see the directors buying. Also If you wanted to buy shares surely you will not want to announce any other news that is going to cause the price to go up, you would release that news after you have bought. That is the reason I believe we have not had any news. Obviously if any news can't be delayed it will be announced, but an update on exosome collaborations etc. Can be held back. The following is in my opinion the order of news flow we will get :-

Fosun deal
Director Buys
Update on Exosome collaborations
Sale of legacy assets
