The day hasn’t started very well in my part of the world, sadly these things tend to tumble in unison. However, don’t despair because history tell us that there’s always a point during a typical crash where shares can be purchased for less than their true value. On that count, and like many others, it’s a bit of a chicken and egg thing, what can I sell low to be able to buy low. These things are what separate the bull from the wimps.
While I don’t hold open long positions my retirement portfolio has certainly been ‘Trumped’ however dividends can be reinvested and I’ll certainly consider that when the time comes. In the meantime ( subject to oil prices ) sitting on GKP is profitable, and the money that will be made in time is the reason to invest and take the bumps while keeping an eye on GKP news and views posted here, or it is for all but two.
