Surely most share holders just believe now is a stupid time to sell the assets? Just sit it out and wait/hope the war will come to an end soon - by any means suits me, including Putin being assassinated. When you’re on the ropes you don’t leave yourself open do you?

MC is a low life and absolutely a life style company Director. Look at EUZ and see how they’ve done over the last few years. Absolute s..t show and share holders have been let down time and time again with the BOD delivering on precisely nothing. He is now the interim CEO and so I sold out in total as I have no faith in the man. He does as little as possible and is simply in to take home a cheque at the end of each month. He also holds no shares in EUZ. Funny that.

Let’s hope MC is not pressuring RY to make the wrong decisions purely from self interest. I’m afraid I absolutely wouldn’t put it past him. If RY was pushed it’s most likely MC would manoeuvre himself into the same position with AMC and that would be an utter disaster and pretty much guarantee share holders will never see their investment make a penny of profit.

If those present today had the impression RY is genuine then I accept they were in a better position to assess his position and mood on what is happening than myself. With a bit of luck MC will get fed up and bugger off. RY would definitely be better off without him - the world would be better off with out him.

Agreed LLoyd. Given we haven’t yet sold any in the EU - our targeted area for sales to date - it doesn’t bode well for sales in the UK. I actually think Budd has already pretty much let us know we won’t sell any in the UK by saying it’s not where GDR are focusing their efforts.

I took another PCR test yesterday in Germany and this time it cost 170 euros and I had the result within half an hour. I seriously doubt GDR will now manage to change the minds of anyone in Europe who already has own set ups with testing for their staff. It’s just too late in the day.

As said on previous occasions I think there may be a small spike when CTDA is announced - actually ‘if’ as clearly it’s not a forgone conclusion - but believe that the sp will swiftly fall back to current levels. AIHL will create revenue for the foreseeable future once it is adopted by the NHS. On that we can build some business. If it gets sold in the US, Australia and other territories then happy days.

Huge thanks to those who made the effort to attend and represent many share holders who were unhappy at the latest proposal. Congratulations on getting what i feel is the right result.

I haven’t been invested here for that long so am not quite sure what people ar reasonably expecting from the TEO. Is that opening a can of worms or is it fairly predictable in terms of a valuation?

Really pleased the pis were represented by those few who showed their mettle today and helped get some long overdue answers out of the Board.

Interesting - and frustrating in equal measure - to see just how stuck things have become since EUA became involved with Rosgeo. Thanks for the list del929.

I recall being surprised that the sp barely increased at all when the Rosgeo JV was announced but perhaps many had the sense that State involvement might look good on paper (and it certainly does) but that progress of any kind from that point on could only happen if the State condoned it and Rosgeo wanted it.

One other thing to mention that has come to nothing, although it was not official, was the ridiculous statement from John Meyer (SPAngel) in an interview: massive dividend!

Thus far EUA Directors have delivered nothing to share holders. Not their fault that the sp has collapsed since the invasion of Ukraine but yet again long periods of silence certainly aren’t helping and the recent suspension, which we were given no explanation for, must have rocked confidence further.
The recent appointment of a new Director proves something has got stuck and needs expert attention. Good.

The omission of the word ‘potential’ means nothing imo. We were in Formal Sales process for almost a year. Not a potential FSP. It failed. We are now in another ‘process’ so I’m afraid it doesn’t suggest to me it’s done and dusted by any stretch.
It’s worrying that shorts have increased too. Are we going to see a short attack before a sudden rush to close all shorts? Either way I’ve mostly not been worried about the shorts because they’re still a tiny % of the whole shebang.

It’s nail biting but hopefully the new man can finally get at least one of the things on del’s list over the line. The silence on all of these fronts is just poor so we’re well overdue a result somewhere. GLA lths. It’s been a tough old journey. I still hold over 200k shares but wasn’t prepared to risk the rest until were given Something more concrete in terms of progress. Del929’s list is a good place to start putting things right.

To be honest I think this kind of role should have been central about a year ago. It’s like inviting a party planner to the after party clearing up operation. You want your BDM to craft the strategy around the products lined up. Trying not to be too down hearted and hard on Budd but at least this guy has AIHl to work on now for the ROW. His job will be a good deal easier if the NHS are using it as ‘best practise’. That’s what we really need next from NICE so there is No doubt about the machine being adopted nationwide.

I think Budd mentioned ‘weeks’ for further news on AIHL roll out in NHS and also the Covid POC sales in the EU.
Sadly it’s looking horribly like David Budd for the umpteenth time has thrown out a vague time frame for further news only for share holders to realise nothing is coming. It’s depressing having such a lemon for CEO but I’m not sure there is anything to be done other than wait. Another month of silence though (not including the handful of tweets GDR puts out) and I’m afraid we will be back in the teens. If there’s a silver lining it’s that the potential is the same. No guarantee of course that things will start falling into place but they could….they really could and in which case a lower sp will have seemed like a bargain.

I really wish someone would rid us of Putin. The war has created such uncertainty in the world and now there’s the prospect of millions of innocents going hungry because of the blockade of Black Sea ports. Not directly related to GDR but whilst the markets are down we’re not attracting even mild speculation from huge sections of the investing community.

Oh ffs. That’s one of those utterly stupid ramps that make reading this bb so tedious at times. I’m all for positivity but what on earth do you base such a wild prediction on? Finger in the air?

Keep it real and keep it grown up. Things are seemingly going in the right direction but there has been nothing from the BOD to suggest we’re about to jump by over 300%! I’d love it to but it just isn’t going to happen, no matter how often you repeat your dream figure.

Yes, the vast gap between expectations and reality would suggest a far more modest target is advisable. Admittedly at times I’ve fallen for all the hype and believed something was about to happen but the BOD are always teasing and never delivering. Personally I’m expecting a big drop soon once shares are sold off due to EUA having fallen so far below the macro levels required market cap of $1b . Then I hope it will bounce back to current levels. Anyone dreaming of £1+ is, well, dreaming. I’d be delighted now to have a liquidity event that paid out a special divi of 20p. E we really can’t expect more in current circs and because the BOD hold so many shares I think any deal is not likely any time soon unless the war comes to an abrupt halt. Always possible…

….er..no! It will be more like 10m buys when it’s THE week.

We are obviously never going to see the TEO. Why is anyone’s guess. Murky didn’t come close to a true description of Robin Young’s business modus operandi with AMC . The deal is designed to give him and BODs a future salary by using what little money they make in this sale to buy another asset - any asset (absolutely doesn’t need to be anything with any potential) - for which we can have the pleasure of enumerating them handsomely for doing sweet FA. The guy is a crook and a sheister. Hopefully this deal won’t come off and he’ll be left penniless from it as well as the rest of us. After such a fiasco he’ll never be appointed to anything kosher again. If you ever see his name on the list of Directors then you’ll know it’s a life style company and should be avoided. Please advise as many people as to what is going on/gone on here as possible if you see him involved in anything in the future.

Bad luck anyone invested here. We’ll end up with nothing.

Actually, health services in the US and Japan might well be rather more efficient at getting the machines in place but they will likely only commit to using them once the NHS is seen to be using them nationwide. If adoption across the UK were to get a shift on I firmly believe other international territories may be able to move far quicker than the monolithic entity that is our beloved NHS. We can but hope. Seriously hoping the sp is well above 50p after one year, let alone 2! Just imho

AIHL has no competition and is needed now and needed everywhere in the world. It will still be needed for the next few years. Its potential is enormous. Very different situation for the Covid POC kit which has shown Budd to be a poor judge in , when, how and where to direct time, money and resources in developing new products and getting them to market.
AIHL can’t be compared for many reasons however. All will be well but obv patience required. Please ignore idiots who say this is going to be £1 by the end of the week or month. They know nothing and are just blind rampers hoping for a spike so they can exit fast. Their posts are based on nothing but hope, desperation and thin air.

For investors willing to wait perhaps 12 months for this to turn round GDR is an exciting prospect. CTDA news will now have no impact and is indeed far too late. AIHL on the other hand has immense potential and will reward investors. Just not in the next 5 minutes.

With no competition for AIHL and a global and permanent market, this hopefully puts GDR at the forefront of this new technology which is going to be at the forefront of medical care going forwards. As such this I think means there is always a possibility, albeit perhaps only a small one, that GDR will be the target of a takeover. As I say, the potential is enormous.

‘Proof is on the pudding ..’. The problem is the BOD have hidden the pudding. Or perhaps they’ve already sliced it up and eaten it…

Why? With no news of current or imminent sales on the horizon of any GDR products what else do you think is likely to happen? It wouldn’t surprise me in the least.

This is uncomfortable in the extreme now. The BOD must know the cause of the suspension but feel it’s ok not inform sh and leave us guessing yet again. I’ve always been close to being on the fence with regards to the hero worship aspect one sometimes sees here of key EUA individuals. When things are good I’ve started to believe it, when things are bad one inevitably questions it. Now is one of those times the BOD need to step up as responsible human beings realising they hold people’s fortunes (figuratively as well as financially) in their hands. Leaving us in limbo in a situation that could easily see pis investments Double or disappear is unfair and shows a serious lack of compassion. Veering to the positive side of the fence I’m hoping they’re saying to themselves that the wait is acceptable given we’re going to be releasing extremely good news (shortly) that will see all but the shorters jump for joy. I am trying not to think about the other side of the fence… Come along now Dimitry, Christian and James, we’re all adults - well most of us are - and can take whatever news is due. Keeping us in the dark though when clearly something serious is taking place is unacceptable.
