Our problem now is that everyone knows Budd and his team can’t sell anything, nor can he be trusted when he does come out with positive statements. I think that’s why he’s uber cautious these days and plays timings down. He’s not managed to pull off one of the deals he announced were potentially on the table. He has spent a great deal in developing products and generated zero income. As such no serious investors will touch this until there is an RNS announcing a revenue-generating deal is confirmed 100%. Then funds will flow in but sadly not before, and certainly not at the behest of half a dozen childish posts on this bb saying I can feel an RNS coming today…or words to that affect.

Rather depressed about this stock. It has so much potential but Budd could already be well on the way to realising none of it. Who ever said it regarding a raise being the next news we’ll get may well end up being right. There is No way we are funded for all the new assays and keeping the show on the road for the next year or so. Unless that is Budd in his infinite wisdom decided not to spend any money on FDA submissions and applications - and therefore closing the door on the biggest single market place for any of GdR’s products. I wouldn’t put it past him but no, I think he’ll go ahead with applications for approvals and in order to do this he’ll come back to the market for another raise. He may have to purchase another £20k worth as he did last time and who knows, perhaps that will put him off doing the raise.

Considering nearly 10x more shares were sold today than bought I’m surprised the sp didn’t drop a fair bit.

I wonder what RY is cooking up over the w/e…working hard to find another way of giving share holders sweet fa and reward himself and other BODs and a dozen or so staff (who do what exactly???) with healthy salaries using our money. Cushty.

Thanks Bedhead. That has indeed reminded me that we’re talking months if not years to generate revenue and maybe eventually some profit. Nothing is going to happen here in the next few days or weeks. I will come back back in 6 months and hopefully there might be something regarding ‘best practice’ as that will be a key signal for much wider adoption. The Manchester hospitals will need to use it for at least 6 months and then report on its impact and then we may get something announced by NICE that it’s a definite green light.

Key phrase used by Budd himself here is ‘medium to long term’……months and years. Not days or weeks.

One would hope RY is now talking to the buyer to try and improve the offer and what he can present to share holders further down the line but I don’t have much faith in him…

TDT - RY supported the deal on offer. The share holders voted against. Seems pretty clear to me he’s out of step with the share holders then. There was a vote. He voted one way, the majority of share holders voted the other. He’s therefore not aligned with the majority of share holders. Fact. Or did that vote not happen yesterday & it’s all in my imagination? He voted one way and told us all to vote in support too but we didn’t. Not sure it could be any clearer.

This is now perfectly clear or else RY would not have proposed accepting the deal knowing we would most likely end up with nothing but he would get his salary for years to come. He’s in it for himself, not us. We have no one else to take over at the moment though so we just have to hope and pray he feels he’s been rumbled and will either a) actually pull his finger out and think about what is best for the share holders from this point onwards or b) push off and make way for someone who might, just might, give a sh..t about ordinary share holders. It could absolutely be a case of better the devil you do know though.

I am positive but also realistic. Going on former behaviour Budd jumps into the limelight once in a while to shout out a few reading statements but repeatedly fails to deliver in the one area he and his team clearly have no experience or expertise: sales . It irritates me when I read stupid posts mentioning £1 so I counter this with a far more realistic opinion of 30p with news. Without news we can’t expect any increase in the sp. AIHL is now GDR’s best chance of Generating an income but it’s going to take time and requires an active and careful handling of PR to attract reasonable attention to GDR and its products. Time and time again I’ve seen Budd appear for 5 minutes only to disappear from view for months on end. It’s not the way to create interest or visibility.

Patience is certainly required but the idiotic rampers are a waste of space and only interested in making a couple of hundred quid every other week.

I am heavily invested but acutely aware this could go badly wrong with the team Budd has in place to handle his sales and commercialisation of product.

Nissan: how long have you held GDR stock? Budd comes out of hibernation about two or three times a year. I’ve been here about three years and he’s silent for most of the time. This current spell is nothing out of the ordinary I’m afraid and I suspect we have at least another month or two to wait before there’s a peep - and even then he’ll only say anything if something else happens and someone else speaks up eg the NHS. He’s a piggybacker and isn’t good at instigating momentum. He’s just jumps on a moving situation. Look for results or news from elsewhere and then when you see something you’ll know there’s a chance Budd will pop his nut above the parapet.

Ignore the idiots saying £1 soon…utter nonsense given where we are atm. With news I’m hoping we can get to 30p. As things stand we’re far more likely to hit 20p and the teens.

If there’s a future deal to be negotiated that involves paying out to share holders you can bet your bottom dollar RY and co will ensure they take a piece of the pie. Can they be awarded options if we know they’re still talking to a potential buyer?

The proposed deal was appalling for ordinary shares holders and excellent for the BOD. Money for 15 yrs to just plug away at keeping the lights on and deliver nothing - but take away a huge salary. Line up one or two other companies on similar lines and you have your perfect life style company director. Friendly, genuine and charming or not, no one should be in any doubt that RY will be looking after himself and other Directors before we see a penny.

Worst of all I can’t get out of my head the possibility that it was actually our own BOD who put forward such a payment plan so they could benefit long term and avoid having to pay ordinary share holders anything. The longer the situation remains unresolved the more I think this May have been the case. Certainly don’t sit well that no one knows what’s in the bank account. Ffs how can you be the finance officer and not know that?! Evasive. Please offer us 4.5p and I’ll quietly walk away. No profit but just hugely relieved to have not made a huge loss.

Can the BOD delay the AGM for any reason? My hunch is they will do this if they can as they just want to keep everything under the radar whilst hostilities continue.

Can only hope Putin will stop once he has all of eastern Donbass region under his control and declare his ‘special military operation’ a success. Then hopefully the news flow will begin once more. Anyway, AGL mcap was 10x that of GDR even before yesterday’s news. I imagine the calibre of BDM they could afford would be at an altogether different level to what Budd would sign off on.
